Anastasia Brow Studio

Might be awesome at eyebrows but they are incapable of returning calls for appointments, so a I guess have to take my business elsewhere. Am I missing some secret way to book here? Expect much more from any business associated with Nordstrom… not cool.

Amazing — best eyebrows! Very hard to get an appointment though. Seems like they book up way too fast!

My niece had been growing out her brows for months because she was unhappy with the shape she last had and was looking for an arch to her brows.
I booked her an appointment with Lisseth and I have to say I am extremely pleased with the service. Lisseth was so kind and professional. She explained every single step to us and showed her how to fill in her brows at the end. She took very little away from the brows and left them very natural. My niece was extremely happy with the end result.

I was struggling to find to shape for my brows. I started to care about brows when Im in college. Trying so many brow shapes, from different places, so many technics had done on my brows bút I never feel pleasure.
The point is my natural brows are no even, and nót even full brows. Some places just shape them bút nót even compare them. The look came out terrible and I had to deal with thát most of the time.
One day I walked around the mall, and randomly walk-​in without appointment. Luckily she had time for me before the next appointment

She told me not to touch my brows for at least one month, they need to grow full (in many way) so she will be able to re-​shape them.
For the 2^nd time, when my brows grownt fuller, she did it nicely. I dont even need to draw my brows on my daily make up, just apply brows gel on the go!
Yayay, I let no one touch my brows except her!

I was hesitant to review only because I want to keep Dionysia to myself ;-) I used to get my brows threaded bc everyone else was but I would have to go in every two weeks and they were super thin. I have now been doing to Dionysia for quite a while now and don’t regret it one bit! Not only do I look forward to our appts and conversations, but she has taught me the art of brow contour! I don’t leave the house without it now (even if I have no other makeup on my face) LOL she’s fabulous!
As another reviewer said, be patient as she does book up pretty far in advance! She’s worth it!!!

First of all I was able to get in the same day I called, I was scheduled with Lisette. She was so sweet and kind, and really seemed to like her job. She started of by showing me the Anastasia way of doing things, and was great at explaining it. Now I have full brows but one can never seem to look like the other, But she did it they have never look this good I was so impressed. Also I couldn’t even feel her wax me, it was pain free. Long story short I will be visiting Lisette every month to do my brows!

Short answer is this is the only place I allow my eyebrow to be touched by someone. They are quite expensive, but good work is guaranteed. I only worked with Dionysia.
They are too popular — so book your appointment ahead of time as early as possible! I tried to book my appointment 20 days ahead of time once, and there is no opening! Uh! Luckily, someone cancelled last minute, so I got a spot to get my brow fixed right be for a special occasion… Phew…

It’s safe to say that eyebrows are someTHING to be particular about. I hate to be responsible for the first review to under 4 stars, but I would like to be the one to save someone from having their eyebrows distorted.
I expected a lot from this place regarding service, quality and brow-​artistry. I was so excited to come here. I’d actually been letting my eyebrows do-​their-​thing for a while without help from a profesh. I guess after re-​reading the fabulous reviews I can blame myself for being disappointed, since I didn’t book my appointment with this «Dionysia» person. I figured all staff members would be of the same caliber.
Lisette was who touched my eyebrows. Lisette was very kind and knew what she was talking about while explaining the «Anastasia» way of doing eyebrows. I was relaxed and trusted she’d spice up my life. 30 minutes later my eyebrows were much thinner and different — from each other! I understand «eyebrows will never be twins» but right now they’re not even cousins.
The problem is in the front part of my eyebrows. More specifically with The front parts that should be parallel to the bridge of my nose. It’s as if the front part of one eyebrow is a rounded and the front part of my other eyebrow is very square. Also, my right eyebrow is slightly thinner than my left. All in all, I have to work extra hard now to get my eyebrows to match. But hair will grow.
I want to give this place a second chance… ahem, visit Dionysia but I guess I have to let my brows grow first. We’ll see.

I’ve been going to this location for years and Dionysia is by far the most talented stylist Nordstrom has had. I will not let anyone else touch my eyebrows she is the absolute best!
For new customers, be patient she has tons of loyal clients and it may take a couple weeks to get an appointment slot, but its well worth the wait. Once you’re in, just book your next appointment after your wax!

Dionysia is great and her work is fabulous! I was a new client who called her the day before, left her a voicemail and she called me within the hour and was able to fit me in the very next day. Keep in mind, she is always pretty booked up so call and make an appointment with her a day or two in advance.
I needed some work done on my brows since it had been a while and they were botched so badly I had to let them grow out a bit. She is VERY precise and even though it may seem like she’s doing minimal waxing and tweezing the end results make such a BIG difference.
All in all, I highly recommend Dionysia. I don’t see myself going anywhere else for brow work in the future!

What a little star Dionysia is! she was sweet kind funny and did an amazing job on my brows. It just went too quickly. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

What a hidden gem!!! I have mixed feelings posting this as I want to keep it to myself but let’s face it. Sharing is caring! We are fortunate enough to have an Anastasia studio here in Houston. If you recognize the name you probably are currently using the eyebrow products. powder, brow gel, or pencils… Ring a bell?!
Anyway, I have gone to a couple of places in last couple of months trying to find my go to spot and quite frankly every other place botched my brows. That being said in the last month and some I let my brows grow back out and was looking like a wildebeest when I stumbled across this doing a google search for best place for brows in town.
I went, Dionysia fixed me up, and I left happy… Doesn’t get more complicated than that. It’s 30 bucks to get done but when you leave you look great and who can put a price on that

I can’t believe I am the first to review this place. Anastasia is the eyebrow guru to the stars like Kim Kardasian, Oprah, J Lo, etc… In many Nordstrom’s throughout the country she has little brow studios inside.
I like it because I know exactly what I am going to get regardless of which studio I end up at. I know this because… they use stencils.
I know it sounds a little strange if you have never encountered Anastasia products before, but it really is a great concept. The eyebrow stylist will select the correct shape for your face and use the stencil to shape your brow appropriately. It also helps for keeping up with it on your own between waxing appointments because you can follow the stencil yourself.
Natalie at the Houston location is awesome. She is very helpful and teaches you how to use your stencils and keep up with your brows yourself. I have been to the Dallas one on many occasions and Natalie’s service surpasses what I have received at the other locations.
Some drawbacks — she is the only one there so it can take about a day to get a return phone call for an appt. I don’t mind waiting since my brows are important.
The studio is in a side room (almost like a closet) off of the cosmetics department. So the privacy isn’t what you would get in the spa… but I have gotten my eyebrows waxed in the middle of a nail salon while my feet were in a bucket of water, so I don’t mind this either.
If you like knowing what you are getting with your brows and having someone with high attention to detail, come here! You just have to experience yourself to understand what Anastasia eyebrows are all about…
