Very nice folks. But they need to learn a lot about high shine diamond polish concrete and customer care. Blaming their shortcomings on the customer’s slab gets old quick specially when customer ends up hiring a second contractor to finish the work and repair an extensive defective job. Refusing to settle with the customer for a fraction of the cost and thus forcing to start a lawsuit on defective practice is not the way to build and stay in business.
