Incredibly unprofessional — After ordering a printer, I was promised some sample/​promotional paper to try out but never received the paper. I sent an email to inquire when I could expect the sample paper but never received a response.

I ordered an Epson 9900 44inch wide format printer from Armadillo Photo supply (

) because they were local and I thought that I would get good service, They were more expensive then other companies but this is my first large format printer and I thought that someone local would be more responsive. The minute I ran into a problem they immediately acted defensive and unhelpful. They charged my credit card extra for a set up service that I was told was included and when I called about this new charge that was not on my original invoice I was told that their policy had changed. The worst part was that I actually hired an outside expert to set up the machine for me. The point is that the minute something went wrong I was treated badly over the phone. So I paid more for non existent service. They still have not delivered the small promo items that they promised to me and when I asked about that I was told that I was a difficult customer and not to bother buying from them again because the profit margin on the printer wasn’t worth the hassle. I would not recommend this company at all to anyone, there are better deals out there. Also, since this is a mom and pop out fit there is no one to go to except pop and once he got my money he couldn’t have been ruder.
