My husband got both my engagement and matching wedding band custom made here. He went in with a picture of my «dream» ring as well as a few of his own ideas. He worked with Celia to create a custom set. Knowing the price he paid for the quality of my center stone as well as the craftsmanship, I was shocked. He would have paid double at somewhere like Robins Brothers (where I found my «dream» ring).
2 months into wearing my engagement ring one of the pave diamonds fell out after I had it re-​sized (completely normal). I called in hysterics and they simply said «No worries, come in we’ll put a new one in». I have had it re-​sized 3 times as well as bumps taken in and out and they do it with a smile. Their customer service and lifetime warranty is unbeatable. It is a good distance from my work and home, but I still go there every few months to have it cleaned. It’s free since it was purchased there and they have it ready the next day.
I know many of his family members and family friends go there and love it as well. While I don’t think I would go there for every pc. of jewelry (we didn’t buy my husband’s ring there since he wanted a simple, tungsten carbide ring), any diamonds or custom jewelry will come from Armari. I can’t believe more people don’t know about them!

I have bought several pieces of jewelry here, rings, earrings, necklaces, etc., and my husband got my engagement ring here. They are honest, and they can save you a bundle. The store is located in an office building (you get buzzed in at the door), they don’t pay retail rents, don’t advertise much (other than word-​of-​mouth), so their overhead is low and that benefits you as the consumer. Once you go here you will never pay retail for jewelry again. The customer service can’t be beat – they want you happy so you come back again.
The store isn’t huge, but if you don’t see what you like, they can either order something or make it for you. I have had lots of custom jewelry work done here, especially my engagement ring, and the work is top-​notch. I have also had watch repairs done here, and they have always been spot on. I usually work with Celia, but the two owners are great to deal with, too.
