Called to ask if they do a repair on a wallet. The person who answered the phone without hesitation just stated «if it’s an expensive wallet, if it’s not then no.» In other words don’t waste his time. Some customer service there. I figured business is business … and it’s not like I don’t have money to pay. Poor customer service, just speaking to him made me upset.
If I could rate it negative stars I would.

Didn’t actually use them. Just posting a warning that when you go to the door there is a HUGE dog that is loose in the shop and will run up to you.
This is not a nice surprise and not something you would expect at a place of business.

Have had two designer handbags repaired and refurbished here — one Alexander McQueen and one Celine. The work is excellent, reasonably priced, and finished very quickly. I don’t live in the Houston area but mailed both bags, they were repaired and back to me in a little over a week. One required a brand new lining which I couldn’t find anyone locally to do. Truly outstanding, highly recommend.
