I am astounded that the Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulations even allows this company to operate! This company came installed 2 systems at my home 2 years ago… Everything seemed fine until I signed my check and handed them payment. Since then I have had numerous problem in all areas! They never sent me my promises refund, never came to preform my annual checks (I guess because they were free with the install they just didn’t want to bother) every time I call I get an answering service. My units have been having problem after problem till finally I just had to call another company out. The other company said it was installed poorly and when I FINALLY got ahold of the company they actually told me that since another company came out and looked at my unit that my warranty was VOID! I warn you DON’T even consider this company. I have noticed Arvell Moore Heating & Air Conditioning has gotten a little clever. They have several websites and finagle their name so that customers can’t see what type of company they really are. They have an F rating in the BBB and aren’t even accredited.
