DO NOT GO HERE. Said oil change would be 99 for a diesel truck. Came back and the total was 266. Said he couldn’t do anything bc it was in the computer that way. I asked to talk to the supervisor, wasn’t there. Asked for his phone number, doesn’t have it. Labor fee was a 101 dollars on top of oil. HA ! What a joke.

This experience with this unprofessional mechanic shop, tough me to always read reviews before I go any where for a service … I wish I had read before I went here! …
When I went there this stupid man called SAUL told me that he would check my car and it only would charge $ 20.00 and I ask him for a quote of how much he would charge me so he said ok give me few hours and I will let u know. After 5 hours he called me to tell me that it all would be $ 500. Which it was soooo overprice when I asked around so I told him I don’t be doing a service there so he said ok it only would be $ 200 then.
I was like what?!? $ 200 for what !?? Just to check it ?! They without my authorization places part in my car and now they wanted me to pay. When I refuse to pay they won’t gave me my car. They were very rude and sooo unprofessional … Don’t go here … and don’t trust ur car with them … They are the worse shop I been too… They suck !!! I won’t give them not even one star!!!

BE WARNED… I had a flat and pulled in because of the Firestone sign (very misleading). They showed me the tire they where putting on my car and we agreed on a price. They took my tire off and I waited over an hour to find out they put a different tire on and a different size. After giving me an attitude saying «I don’t want to do that work again.» He left the tire on and didn’t even put it on my car. I’m left with a tire I don’t need in my trunk with my rim still on it. Thanks for wasting my time and for the free tire I don’t need.

I really wish that I had read the reviews here before taking my car to Auto Pros. They performed unauthorized work and then surprised me with a huge auto repair bill. Here I am two months later still having problems with the car, issues that they were supposed to fix. Now I have to take my car to a different shop to get it properly repaired.
STAY AWAY FROM AUTO PROS!

Car overheated on the freeway and I knew I needed coolant but the mechanics overruled me about having it checked out and waiving a fee, if all it needed was coolant, turns out it did need coolant, but since they told me something else was wrong with it, they charged me $ 100, recently I realized it needed about a gallon of coolant. Would definitely not go here again even if my car was on fire. I have an old car so I mean my grandma could have told me that anything was wrong with it. Overall paid $ 100 for coolant and an obvious diagnosis.

He is definintly a crook and a liar he also stole money from me and I disputed the charges and he sent falsified documents to AMEX and said I had signed work estimates I never signed. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SHOP!!!

THIEVES AND LIARS! Pulled in while overheating. I replaced my hoses and thermostat 9 months prior using a quality OEM thermostat. «New» manager said I got ripped off and changed my thermostat. Then they discover my water pump is the issue (which I assumed). Quoted me $ 1,400 to change water pump and timing chain. I was absolutely floored. The parts are $ 120 tops and it’s at most a 3 hour job. I tell him absolutely not and to put my car back together so I could drive it home. Then he offers to rebuild my motor? wtf? Says he’ll do anything he can do to gain my trust so I will leave him a good review. I tell him to charge me for the work they’ve done. So he tries to charge $ 266 for diagnosing the pump and replacing my perfectly good thermostat. The bill was 119 for labor 49 for thermostat and an additional 78 for installing the thermostat. I asked how can you charge me an install fee on top of a labor fee? He quickly looked at his minion and told him to remove the install fee when he realized he wasn’t fooling me. I am reporting them to the BBB.

This guy is a crook and a liar. DO NOT GO HERE! I have reported him to the BBB and FOX news. Amman stole $ 2100 from me by charging me for work that was not done and in fact did not need to be done! Look at all the other people he has done this too! If you need a good and honest mechanic, David at Village Automotive off of Blalock is a great choice. I am kicking myself for not going to him first. It was supposed to just be a water pump replacement. $ 3000 later here I am!

I hope you read this Amman — you will not be getting my money — I have already contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge as I told you I would– you promised to call me yesterday and once again you failed to deliver — get a good lawyer — You will need it!

They did a pitiful job on my last oil change. I have a good car with very little issues and thankfully my neighbor told me my car was leaking oil. Now I’m at another automotive place and they informed me that the oil filter was not changed out and that it seems «extremely old». So since they didn’t change out the filter my engine is disgusting and has oil all over it.
I’m never coming back to this place. Convenient, yes. But I don’t trust them any longer.

An absolute NIGHTMARE.
The mechanic at this store called me to let me know that more time was needed to troubleshoot an electrical issue on my vehicle. The exact phrasing I used was «If it is going to take two days — that is 8 hours times two, and I cannot pay sixteen hours of labor to you.» His reply was, «Sweetheart, if I work on it for 2 days, it will be maybe 3 or 4 hours, nothing like 16 hours. If you take the problem to someone else to fix it, then I will charge you for labor. Fix it with me, and I will not charge for labor, because you will pay to fix the problem here. I would only need to charge you diagnostic time if you take the problem elsewhere.»
I told him that sounded like a fair deal and I could pay 6 or 8 hours of labor if need be, but I would likely have him fix the issue instead. Without speaking to me again to let me know what the issue was or what the cost of repair would be, he fixed the issue and then proceeded to charge me for the parts, plus 15 hours of labor. When I discussed this with him, he refused to uphold the original agreement. He took the «estimate copy» that I originally signed and filled it in above my signature, creating a fraudulent invoice. He did this in front of myself and my boyfriend and refused to give us a copy of the original, to ensure that all existing copies listed the quotes he provided after the fact, to make it look as though I signed in agreement to these charges. This is entirely unacceptable and illegal.
After much complaining, I was afraid he would damage my car if I left it there and paid $ 1,800 for him to release it — far more than I should have paid based on the verbal agreement he made with me.
Christos, you are an absolute CROOK, and I hope you go out of business for blatantly lying to honest people.

I don’t think that’s how you are suppose to do for business. Before every job (s), you are suppose to contact the vehicle owner to see if we approve and/​or disapprove the job,

STAY AWAY!!! Yesterday I stopped by for a basic oil change, balance and tire rotation, an over priced oil change mind you. Once they were done, I paid my bill and was on my way. Not even 1 mile away I made a right on Wirt rd and then BOOOM Grrrrrrrrinndddddd, my wheel flew off while I was driving my 2012 Tahoe. Some idiot of a mechanic forgot to tighten the lug nuts. CNow they are being completely unwilling to do the right thing and not allowing me to take my car to Mac Haik saying that they immediately ordered a part to fix it and wont release the car. Very very very shady. I guarantee if you go there they will tell you 10 things that are wrong”; with your car. Now my car is out of commission and undriveable and they would not get me a rental car and gave me one of their beater cars to drive AND it had no gas in it whatsoever… Stay away from this hell hole.
