Love this location and the Starbucks inside is a plus! It is very clean and I’ve never had to wait in line longer than a minute or two. The café is quiet and great for studying. I could spend hours at this place! I really love their kids section and they have story time on Saturdays at 11am

I was having trouble finding a good idea for a new home project. Susan was very helpful in giving me the right materials to help me get my office renovations off the ground. At least some ideas as to what i might and might not like. Thank you Susan for all your help, i hope your new car is very enjoyable for you. :-)

The Barnes and noble is really nice inside, very clean. They need more of a selection of a single type of book, example I wanted a poetry book they only had one but the wrong type, and only one. One thing that almost ruined my experience today my daughter and I went a Sat in the Starbucks and ordered a coffee a chocolate milk and a chocolate chip cookie I wanted to use the Starbucks app it had my gift card. Both men were very rude, wouldn’t let me finish my sentence I was told they don’t use Starbucks app with gift cards it won’t scan, which in Virginia it works perfectly I told them I used it before and both men were telling me not here no you didn’t, I said no but another Barnes and noble and they repeatedly told me no you didn’t I said just let me scan so I scanned it nothing happened but in Virginia it works. They could have been nice and respectful and explained it to me but their tone wasn’t appreciated. I will be coming back to Barnes and noble but I rather use target as my Starbucks.

This location is relaxing and hassle-free. It’s quiet, soothing and no loud noises. I love to come here when I’m under a lot of stress. Reading books here and sipping on a Starbucks Caramel Frapp will help soothe anyone’s stressful day. I love to come here to do my college homework, and study as much as possible. :)

Delicious Starbucks coffee, Cheesecake Factory cheesecake, Godiva Chocolates, new releases displayed promptly in the front, lots of toys and puzzles for the kids, and a wide selection of magazines. What’s not to love?

I am definitely a book lover and love all bookstores. It makes me want to read everything when I step into one. Yes I am one of the few that love a book that I can touch rather than a digital one. The only downfall of Barnes and Nobles is the price of the books.

Had a pleasant experience at this bookstore tonight! After I got a few books I moseyed on over to my irresistible Starbucks to get a snack and skim over a few magazines, a nice gentlemen by the name of Ivan Helped me. He suggested that I try the new Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich with a passion fruit lemonade… I was like mmmmmmmm sounds yummy. And boooooy was it! I don’t know if I was just hungry or what but that sandwich was like perfect and the lemonade was made just right, like seriously it made me smile. best customer experience I’ve had in a long time! This Barnes and Noble gets two freshly polished thumbs up :)

Four stars because«it is there». Brick and mortar bookstores may soon become extinct and that is good enough reason to stop in and kill an hour or two. Walk into this location and you are greeted with a choice… straight in to view new pubs or veer slightly right and check out the nooks. I always go straight and browse through the latest non fiction releases. There is always something of interest, which leads to more browsing through the stacks. There is a nice Starbucks café in the middle of the store in which to settle and read and its usually quiet unless there is a certain gathering there who like to discuss too outloudly their common interests. Please, people. Consideration of others? I subscribe to the B&N discount program and have actually bought books here! A great way to spend some free time and bring the kids. Then they can tell their kids about the bookstores they used to go to back in the day.

Although I wish books were not so expensive, Barnes and Noble is the place to go if you need something new to dive in to. I tried doing the Half Priced Books thing, but the acrid smell in most of those old books just doesn’t compare to that brand new book smell. You know what I’m talking about right? Maybe that’s the nerd in me. The store is organized in a way that makes it easy to navigate as you hunt for your next book. If you don’t know or can’t find what you are looking for, there is always someone there willing to help. There is also a Barnes & Noble Café and a selection of Cheesecake Factory slices to indulge in. I believe there are other items such as cookies, soups and sandwiches but my loyalty lies in the cheesecake — I have the hips to prove it.

I like Barnes and Noble, but you will only see me here if I can’t find the book at ½ priced books, or if I just don’t have the time to wait for it to be shipped. I find that sometimes their books are overpriced and even with the coupons I get via email, I feel like I could have gotten it cheaper. I do like just sitting somewhere around the store to start reading my book. It is usually pretty quiet and kind of nice. I also like to browse through the huge photo books. I enjoy looking at famous photographer’s work, it’s a bit relaxing. I just got a $ 50 gift card for my birthday so I may be buying something pretty soon… but not until I feel I am getting my money’s worth!

Dear Barnes and Noble: Can you PLEASE stop asking me to be a member of your stupid club EVERYTIME I step up to the counter? Is this really the only thing you can teach your clerks to converse with patrons? To build brand loyalty? Do you not have ANYONE in your marketing department with a few more cells in those little brains? The answer — for the record — is NO.
