Waiting and waiting. An employee walked past me twice and pass the buck to another person that never showed up. I’ve been waiting on Mike to show up for 15 mins. Smh

This bed bath & beyond is giant and has the biggest selection of any I’ve seen. Their customer service is also fantastic and it’s the best place I’ve been so far for a registry. Would definitely recommend.

Always a FAN! If the person you ask for help does not know… ask another employee. I spent the better part of my lunch hour strolling the isles looking for a particular item until I found myself back at the front door. Once again, I approached another employee who walked me directly to my FIND! Yeah! I’m loving me so Bed Bath & Beyond. Seek out coupons before you go.

I love Bed, Bath, and Beyond, plain and simple. I walk in for one thing and walk out with a cart full. They have so much cool stuff. I wish it was a little cheaper, but it’s really not bad.

They have sooooo much stuff. We spent hours in there… they have almost all of the As Seen On Tv stuff… any appliance you can think of… sooooo much stuff. Everyone was extremely friendly… Very, very nice. We even went on a Saturday(the Saturday before Father’s Day)…and it was still a pleasant experience.

Bed, Bath & Beyond(BBB) has the most forgiving return policy in my 50 years of shopping experience. I returned a defective espresso machine that was out of warranty, but I didn’t have my receipt. They gave me a store credit for the purchase price and even apologized for not refunding the money because I had lost my receipt. They said they would always take back a defective product, even out of warranty, for a refund with receipt or store credit without it. The previous week I had tried to return a once-used cracked Martha Stewart pot to Macy’s who refused to help me because I had lost my receipt. So I will buy all my stuff at BBB in the future, without worry. T

Sometimes you just need some cute blankets or a new comforter and well a place like walmart just doesn’t cut it. They have some really nice higher end items at a significant mark up. However, with one of those 15% off coupons it makes it reasonable.

In terms of BBB, this is as good as you can get. Besides being the biggest BBB location I’ve been to, it also has a giant bridal section to help with wedding registry setups(instead of a tiny counter like other locations). My fiancé and I came here to set up our first wedding registry without much experience. But luckily, the guy at the registry section happily walked us through the entire process step by step. He showed us how to use the scanner gun and the gave us tons of tips on how to proceed efficiently around the giant store. Maybe he was a little too helpful… haha. Because of the size of the store and the helpfulness of the registry guy, it made our very first registry setup experience very pleasant. We actually stayed all the way until the store closed. Highly recommended location for BBB lovers, especially those wanting to set up registries.

They took my returns without issue and helped me find the appropriate products. The workers were courteous and helped me without having to ask. Personally, I think all BBBs are clustered messes and this one was no different. You have to ask to find anything — but I guess that is just the way it goes.

I frequent this Bed Bath & Beyond often. Until recently, not too much to complain about. Usually, I am greeted upon entry or at least while I’m perusing the store someone always asks if I need assistance. However, on a particularly dreary Friday afternoon I ran into BBB for a kitchen aid hand held mixer. Upon entering the store a crowd of employees(at least 4) were standing in the front of the store talking. My presence was never acknowledged. Because I am a frequent customer, I knew exactly where my product was located. I passed another two employees and again, it was as if I was invisible. But no worries, I grab my merchandise and head to the checkout counter. At the first register, two employees were still gabbing away and looked to busy to assist. No problem, I move on to the second register. However, the cashier refused to look up and was acting busy. I guess she was too busy checking text messages to notice me. Then I go to the final register and proceed to encounter the rudest person ever. No greeting, nothing. It was as if I were a burden. During the entire transaction the cashier was mumbling to herself. At one point I hear a profane word come out of the cashiers mumbling mouth. Taken aback, I say excuse me. The cashier looks at me, rolls her eyes and gives me the death stare. After my purchase was rung up, the cashier proceeded to quote the wrong total. Again, I say excuse me and the angry death stare once again. Fortunately, the price was visible so I did not have to rely on the cashier. I am to this day particularly baffled by my experience on that fateful Friday afternoon. The store was completely empty. There were numerous employees working, but all too busy handling personal issues, gossiping or with extremely mean rude horrible personalities to handle the one lone customer in the store, me. It was 5PM and the store closes at 9PM, so I was not running in at closing time. I most definitely will try to patron other BBB because the Meyerland experience leaves a lot to be desired. Customer service is key. BBB in Meyerland needs to pull out the customer service playbook and try again.

Probably the best location in Houston. Definitely the most selection out of the other locations I have visited. If you need a Keurig, a frying pan, bed sheets, cleaners, lint stickies, couch covers, drapes, or a bowl for your dog, you can get it all here.

What I heart about Bed Bath & Beyond is their wide selection, cleanliness, customer service, return policy, and quality of products. Although their prices are a little higher, they often have the 20% off coupon in the mail and the clearance sections. One of the best things that I like is their customer service… it’s supreme. They’re very friendly and quick to help. Oh, the lines are never too long and they’re quick to have more cashiers to assist.

This is my backup Bed Bath & Beyond location. If I can’t find what I’m looking for at Kirby I head over here. Pretty typical BBB store, they do have a Fine Dining department which is not at every Houston location. What is interesting about this location is the mass amounts in the clearance section. I was in there this week, the end of May, and they still had Christmas wrapping paper in the clearance section. I’m am a fan of their markdowns because they’re not all scratch and dent. I got eight crystal wine glasses and eight crystal champagne glasses on clearance. This was right after my wedding and they were the same ones we had registered for, big score. On another trip they had Mikasa glasses on clearance, we left with 8 white, 8 red, and 8 champagne for more than half price. So know we could get rid of our Ikea glasses that we were using for everyday. So if you are a bargain hunter, like myself, this is the place to be. If at all possible avoid their restrooms. They are so rundown, it feels a tiny step above a gas station toilet. The stall walls are all rusted and the toilets not secured to the floor. I felt gross after my visit there.
