Beyond Beauté

Update: I visited Beyond Beaute today and had a massage with Sunny it was the best massage I have received from all of the places I have been I would highly recommend her.
Also, despite some issues (like usual) when checking out (one girl distracting the person helping me then counting and recounting money out loud further distracting her when she was already having some issues)…but all that aside the last several times I or my dear friend and I have been to Beyond Beaute the young lady named Emily has been WONDERFUL she is so nice, so attentive to the customer, greeting, thanking, she is one of the best employees Beyond Beaute has had at their check in check out desk by far in a very long time.

We have given Beyond Beaute another chance as we heard they are no longer requiring credit card information over the phone just to make an appointment for a pedicure and my last visit was much better, the staff was extremely personable and nice at the front desk which was a GREAT change and the visit was very relaxing and pleasant.
Beyond Beaute seems to be getting back to good customer service and treating customers as they should be for the type of establishment they are and appear to be.

The relaxing atmosphere @ Beyond Beauté Clear Lake sets the stage for a great experience. Not only does it smell wonderful when you walk in the door, but the «mood lighting», subtle background music, and sound of the relaxing water wall immediately have a calming effect. The staff is attentive and the spa itself extremely clean. It’s fun to look at the items for sale in their «store» section and they offer a really nice selection of things for gift-​giving or even treating yourself! They offer the Clarisonic line for sale as well as Jill Iredale cosmetics. Several other skincare lines are available also. They even sell cute manicure kits, beautiful candles, purses & costume jewelry, and their seasonal «Christmas store» is great.
I have had the Spa mani & pedi as well as a few spray tans here. The warm neck roll is super relaxing and the spa pedicure foot massage is out of this world (they use the Footlogix line). The (soy-​based) spray tans are some of the best out there with the option of adding an accelerator so less time before your first shower following the procedure. They offer full body spray tans ($ 58) and also a legs only version ($ 31). The manicures are a «dry» version but totally pampering also with warm moist towels, lotions and warm mitts applied. They gave me a $ 20 off coupon for a massage last time I was there so I will be trying that out next. The basic manicure is $ 25, spa manicure $ 32 and spa pedicure $ 48. I have used Emily for mani & spray tan and Ann for spa pedi.
Just an overall great, relaxing experience — exactly what a spa treatment should be. Highly recommended!

I’m going to start out by saying, I had super high expectations & apart of me really wants to give a higher rating but I just can’t. So I went in for a facial and a seasonal pedicure. When I got there I was greeted yada yada and took into the relaxation room which was «ok» not bad but nothing fancy. 5 mins past my appt time the Esthetician came and got me. She had a very thick accent which made it hard to understand her but eventually I understood she thought I should get a peel facial rather than just a facial so I said ok but I was never given a list of prices or even given an option. After I’m laying down, she comes in and has no chair to sit in … So she takes the chair in the corner of the room (decoration piece) where my clothes were sitting lol to use … Ugh moving on facial itself was good but it wasn’t relaxing and I paid more than I was intending. Pedicure was just a huge letdown, the seasonal pedicure was supposed to be top of the line and it fell short by miles. I will never get a pedicure here again, the lady was super sweet but no where near worth price, the chairs are basic nail salon chairs, decoration basic and even with paying 60 bucks no paraffin wax, just some callus removal scrubs and lotion — none of it being spectacular. If I come back I will be sticking to the facials and maybe trying another service.

Beyond Beaute has been my top choice for spa services for many years. A good number of the staff providing those services have been with them throughout that time. My compliments to them all for their expertise and professionalism. Unfortunately the management and current policies are no longer as good as they once were. If the up front doesn’t work it doesn’t matter how good the services are. Because of this the entire experience is unprofessional and unpleasant and I will no longer be a client.

This is the best spa in the Houston area. Exceptional & luxurious! I love their pedicures. You will not find another place better for pedicures. Their massage chairs are top notch and their techs are amazing. You will pay more here than at an ordinary nail salon for a spa pedicure ($ 48) but it’s 100% worth it and does not even compare. They use top quality products in their pedicures, the Footlogix line. These are exceptional products and will make your feet and nails look so good! My polish also lasts for weeks after going here. Love love this place!

So I go only for one reason and that is to get my massages from Bre (aka Breann). She is amazing, my massages never feel rushed plus she listens and hits all the troublesome spots. They are a bit pricey but she is worth it. I haven’t tried their other services.

I had a spa pedicure last night at Beyond Beaute in Clear Lake. It was no different of an experience than going to a regular nail salon, actually a regular salon would have been better. I was really looking forward to the relaxation room and a great spa pedicure. There was no relaxation at all. BB in Clear Lake used to be the best. They used to pamper you from the moment you walked in. Not anymore. I won’t be getting pedicures at BB anymore and I won’t be asking my family for BB gift certificates. Emily was very pleasant and my toes look good, she was just too rushed. She seemed to be over booked.

Great spa in my neighborhood! Excellent service. They offer tons of services. I’ve enjoyed the body wraps and massages. They offer a wonderful variety of treatments. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend this spa. What a hidden gem in clear lake!

My friends and I planned a bridal shower at Beyond Beaute, and they were extremely helpful! They were friendly and accomodating. Dorothy, one of the managers, made sure that we would be able to get our services at the same time so we could talk as we got our nails done. They were great to work with! I highly recommend them!

The quality here has gone steadily down hill. They seem to have lost sight of the fact they are selling an experience and ladies come here to feel pampered. My wife came here for a day of beauty, which included a massage, facial, lunch, mani and pedi. The massage and facial were great. The rest was pretty bad, which colored the whole experience.
Lunch never showed up, so she asked about 1:15pm, and was told they never ordered her lunch, and seemed put out that she even wanted the lunch that she had scheduled. They got her a salad made of mostly wilted lettuce that was barely edible. The mani tech was mediocre, but the pedi was terrible. The pedi was the last procedure, and at 3:55 was abruptly stopped, and the tech just told my wife that they were closing. My wife’s nails were jagged and unfiled, and the nail polish was wet. Since the polish was wet it immediately got ruined.
So my wife got home, only to have to file her nails and re-​paint her nails, after paying spa prices for a pedicure.
Overall, do not go here for manicures or pedicures. You will not get what you pay for.

This is the second time I’ve come in for a massage and both times have been wonderful. Jaime is excellent and I love that you start and end each massage in the relaxation room with a glass of wine and a hot neck wrap.

I came here for a friend’s 30^th birthday and had a pedicure done. Nice, clean shop, and I was impressed with their relaxation room. However my entire pedicure lasted about 20 minutes and there was no massage, the part I was really looking forward to. I am not sure if this is usual or just because my appointment was close to closing time.

I was in town for a baby shower and needed to get my nails done before the festivities. My sister-​in-​law comes here, and they were able to squeeze me in next day for an express mani-​pedi, so I gave them a try. The service was great and my manicurist, Kim, did a lovely job, and she was really gentle on my cuticles. NO painful pulling from dull nippers or jabbing with an orange stick, my pet peeves. She even managed to find a few extra minutes to give me some really cute nail art. I’d recommend it, and I’ll probably be back next time I’m in town.
[Keep in mind, this isn’t a walk-​in place. I lucked out with one opening from a cancellation, but I’d have had to find someplace else otherwise. Their calendar seems pretty full so definitely plan ahead and call for an appointment.]

A very clean spa with pleasant staff that always welcomes you. Everywhere I go I always check the bathrooms and they are spotless and they have soap! I see Courtney for facials and she is great!

Amazing spa, everyone is friendly and the place is beautiful. The spray tans are especially great, Emily, the spa tan technician, is wonderful!!!

Very nice, and clean nail salon and spa. Our soon to be bride treated all 10 of us bridesmaids to manicures.
They were nice enough to provide breakfast munchies, coffee and water and we sat in our own little waiting section with comfy chairs and sounds of waterfalls.
I was surprised this was here! I’ve never noticed it because I don’t go on this side of this mini strip center. Plus it’s actually pretty big inside. they do facials, massages and other things too.
The staff is very nice and polite. It is very clean looking and my lady did a good job on my nails.
I would probably want to try a massage or facial from this place if I wanted to try it for the first time.

I have been going to Beyond Beaute for 5 years now at the Clear Lake location. The experience is so amazing that I have requested my kids/​husband/​whoever to give me gift certificates for any present they are contemplating! It is easy for them and awesome for me. The massages are phenominal and I love to see Sunny and Annette. They are also very caring and professional. I couldn’t ask for a better experience than going there. I often go during my lunch hour as it is located close to my work. It knocks out the stress in my shoulders in 30 minutes… but an hour is even better!!!

A seat on cloud 9!!! This was the best experience i have had all year! When i walked in i was greeted with tranquil, relaxing scents from the candles and reed diffusers they had for sale. Holly at the front door escorted me to my foot soak where i relaxed in a large leather chair with a glass of wine and nothing but the sound of water running over marble slabs on the wall. 20 minutes later Shelly gave me the best massage i have ever had in my life! I received a 30 stress relief back massage followed by a reflexology massage on my legs and feet. The heated bed became more like a cloud with every pressurized stroke! (the face part was scented also!!! It really gave it an extra for me with every inhale!) From there i was moved to the facial room with Anna and WOWed again! So much more then what i expected! Im not sure what all was put on my face b/​c my eyes were covered with ‘relaxation bags’ but it all smelled GREAT! The 5 minutes it took to clear out my pores were not the most pleasant but i really appreciated it when i got to my car and pulled down my visor mirror to see how clear and vibrant my skin was! I will be going back in 2 weeks for another massage! I HIGHLY recommend this place to every/​any one!

I’ve made appointments at Beyond Beaute for the two most important women in my life, my wife and my mother, and they’ve always been thrilled. The staff is courteous and helpful in making appointments and the service in the salon is divine. I highly recommend Beyond Beaute for a quick touch up or for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation!

This is where I go for my pedicures and waxing in Clear Lake. They are extremely friendly people. Jackie does my waxing and is amazing! She is the sweetest lady and remembers everything about you from what your fiancé’s name is which wax works best for you. All of the pedicure ladies are wonderful. They are always clean. They also are a little store. They sell lots of lotions and jewelry. They also have one special event every month where you get something at a really good price or something like free makeovers if you are on the email listserv! They have a makeup artist there and she also does spray tans. Many people I know love their massages I just haven’t gotten to do one yet. The reason they got 4 out of 5 is the girls that work the front desk are not always the most observant and sometimes you can be waiting for a while and they don’t notice that your person has not come out to get you yet. But I will not stop going here!
