Good solid tacos, tasty donuts and nice employees. Once people find this place, it tends to be part of their morning routine, and for good reason. They even have a little table outside that faces the morning sun.

Breakfast tacos are the jam here. They make light breakfast tacos too with spinach mushroom, egg, and whole wheat tortillas(add potato!).They will make small or large ones too. Call your order in ahead of time to avoid the wait. They have a wide range of donuts, kolaches, desserts, pies, cakes, cookies, etc. during winter they make fun festive treats too.

Went for the breakfast tacos. They weren’t anything special, store bought tortillas and minimal amount of bacon used. Did like the assortment of coffee. Pastries looked very good although I didn’t try them.

Went for simply a donut and coffee and came out with a mixed sausage with jalapeño taco, 6 donut holes and my coffee… DELICIOUS!!! I’m so glad I stopped to try this place, will definitely come back. Mexican fresh tacos and the donuts were so so yummy! Ladies working there were nice too. Overall great breakfast place!

One Mexican friend tells me that the tacos taste like a «Tex-Mex mamma» made ‘em. Well, your taco might be. The tacos taste homemade. They’re made fresh with fresh ingredients. This may sound strange, but they’re actually relatively healthy for breakfast tacos. No extra salt or butter. Just what you order. The donuts are okay to pretty good. Lots of colorful options for the kids while they last. The focus is on the tacos. They also bake breads and pies and other stuff to order. The people are friendly. The customers are friendly. The ladies will greet you by name and remember your«usual.» The five stars are based on the overall«comfort» experience.

Donuts! And tacos? And churros! Hmmm. The punctuation should sort of track my interest levels. The donuts are nothing amazing unfortunately, because when I hear the name Big Al, I would hope that such a portly fellow would know how to make the best donuts ever from simple taste testing over the course of his jolly lifetime. Alas, Shipley and Ashley seem to have paid more attention in donut making 101 at the Candyland Institute of Technology.

Authentic Mexican food for breakfast, churros and some donuts to boot. Lunch time offers the same plus lunch items like hamburgers too. No fountain soda if that’s what you like, it’s can only. There is very, very limited seating area but then again, Riley’s donuts is one block away and get’s more than the lion’s share of donut/breafast business so you will not likely have to worry about that. I have probably been there 5 – 10 times over the years and I don’t remember ever having to fight a crowd like you will at some of the competitor’s in the area so it’s a great place to get in and out quick if you have hungry mouths waiting to be fed.
