Excellent job on my mom and dads portrait (which was done in pencil by a local artist). It is beautiful! Carmen did a professional job and stayed within the budget that I had set. Quality work, and completed before the day that was quoted to me. I would go back again for certain!

This is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. It’s not cheap, but they do really fantastic work and are knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve paid for many a frame from less expensive shops and while I am generally happy with them, there’s definitely a difference. They did a lovely job with a rather complicated piece and I’m convinced that a large portion of the compliments I get on the artwork are actually because of the really lovely framing that Bradley’s did.

This shop provides outstanding workmanship and has truly remarkable employees. I had left some newspaper articles featuring my husband there for over a year (I had purchased a house in Malibu and was traveling back and forth a lot, so things were hectic) and the employees continued to call me until they caught me when I was in Houston and I was able to retrieve the articles. Very few shops would demonstrate such a commitment to return to a customer what is valuable to the customer when the customer was remiss in retrieving the items — this shop showed the utmost in professionalism and consideration.

Bradley’s does higher-​end framing, offering lots of ideas and suggestions. They are actually certified framers and have an artistic eye that helps you decide how best to frame and enhance your picture or art work. Now, this is a small shop, and if you really need a lot of personal time to make decisions with an art piece, probably best to make an appointment. They have lots of ideas and framed pictures and shadow boxes in the store as examples. One caveat: they are not Hobby Lobby, and their prices are somewhat high. As a private business, versus a large chain, they offer a different kind of experience and assistance.

Great place to get your artwork, diplomas or certificates framed. My company use Bradley’s Art & Frame for many years now because of their customer service and of course their work. This is a family business with great customer service. They even have friendly dogs that come and greet you at the door. The business is located in the same shopping center as H-​Mart. They have plenty of parking. If you need anything to be framed — this place has great prices and friendly customer service. They even have this frame that you can put your wedding memories in there (wedding flowers, invitation, pictures, marriage license, and more). I think I might get them to do that for me. They can frame anything you want.
