Established circa 2003 by Susan Brock, licensed Real Estate Broker and REALTOR in Texas as an independent boutique real estate firm, Brock and Foster Real Estate exists to help sellers earn more money in less time for their prized homes and to aid buyers in navigating the sometimes challenging market of locating and closing on the home of their dreams.

I believe its possible for both sides to win. After all, I negotiate for a living. As a Real Estate Broker, I work to mediate all things important in the field of real estate. I think that teaching clients the rules of the real estate game levels the playing field and gives people access to attain their real estate goals with confidence and gusto.

I also believe its possible to change the lives of kids through the act of showing up. To this end, we support causes that speak blessing into the hearts of kids and encourage them to live great stories with their lives. I believe that we will change the world in this way.

Around here, you’ll run into me chasing my son around Hermann Park, running in the neighborhood or enjoying just about any quirky place that makes the City of Houston the great place it is.
