This salon is awesome. I have been using this salon ever since I moved to Houston three years ago. I even moved and still drive across town to get my eyebrows done. Nikki is the best. She always does an amazing job in my eyebrows. I will never go to another salon! I always leave very happy

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this location, a couple of my friends go here & they usually come out having really nice eyebrows, but I on the other hand, did not. There was only one lady working & she came off rude from the start so I just sat down & let her work her «magic».
After she was done I looked in the mirror & my reflection honestly made me want to cry. Not only did the lady thin my eyebrows pencil thin, but she gave me a really high arch to where it looks like a mountain top. When I walked into the store I had much thicker, fuller, nice square arched eyebrows, they were just a little messy. Now my eyebrows look like this: ^ (SEE PICTURE FOR PROOF)
I did not think to let her know that I only wanted my eyebrows cleaned up beforehand because SHE DID NOT ASK nor do I ever have to let the person know. I typically go get my eyebrows done at nail salons or the threading salon in the mall & they usually don’t ask me if I want them shaped differently, they just clean my eyebrows up & ask me if I would like a different shape/​size afterwards (which was what I was expecting)
But what surprised me the most, is the lady made it seem as if it was only MY fault. Her words were «well, you didn’t tell me you wanted them cleaned up so I shaped them. If you don’t tell us you want it cleaned we will shape it.» —- I’m sorry but in what world do YOU get to choose how YOU want to shape MY eyebrows without MY consent? The way she treated me after I told her I was unhappy with my eyebrows was just rude & unprofessional and from being a server for 3 years I can tell you when that kind of customer service should not be aloud. If I could, I would gladly take my money back & never come back.
But if you do decide to come to this store, PLEASE be VERY specific with what you want or you will most likely be blamed for it.

I honestly am not sure why I continue to spend money at this establishment. When I first moved in the area I noticed it and decided to give them a chance because I don’t let just anyone take thread and naw away at my brows. The first couple of times they did my eyebrows great which is why I continued to come. The 4^th time I rolled in here I let this lady do them who hadn’t done them before. MY EYEBROWS LOOKED SO JACKED AND BUSTED. & when I confronted her about them she had the AUDACITY to tell me «you can always just draw them in». I wanted to go smooth off on her ass, but I kept my cool. I used to have perfect square brows, now I have to go usually 2 – 3 months before I thread them again because one is perfectly square and arched and the other is perfectly round and crappy! Like, the old women in here need their esthetician licenses revoked!!! If the younger ladies or the owner is not available I usually leave and come back another day. #RANTover

Eyebrow threading– the lady did an awesome job. My brows look good and she was really sweet. They take credit card.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. The place is disgusting. Lady double dipped in the wax and my brows where not even in the slightest. Salon smelled like old onions. Would not recommend or return. I wish I could rate this place a 0

This is for the FM 529 location. Every time I get my eyebrows done they are never the same or they are too thin one time or too thick. Not a big problem I am not too picky. Second today I came there was 5 people waiting, understandable it’s Saturday. The ridiculous thing is there was 2 employees and the owner. But the owner was getting her eyebrows done.
You have clients waiting hello? Where’s customer service? Get up and let you other employee service the clients. I was so upset I got up and left to Aainas.

I usually like to wait for bubbly herself but everyone here is really good. Bubbly is picky about who she hires and makes sure they know what they’re doing when it comes to eyebrows.
The salon is super clean– she has two locations and both are equally wonderful.
I like to call ahead before I come to make sure someone is available to do my eyebrows so I don’t have to wait long– they usually only have one person working.
Also make sure you have cash– no credit cards under 10 dollars

They’re very good at making a nice brow shape and the price is right! Just note that each time when I’ve asked to keep my brows «thicker» they end up making them a little thinner than I’d like. BUT, they always look very nice and fit my face well. They see a good shape for my brow that I wouldn’t know to do myself. The threader that normally does my brows is friendly enough as well.

I have been coming here for threading and facials periodically over the last two years. I’m happy with the service that I get, for the price. I will say that often when I come here there is only one person running the salon. The other day I decided to get a facial because they advertised them being 50% off. I’ve received several facials here, and I recommend coming on days where they offer a special on them. The reason being, is that when there is only one person there, that person breaks away to answer the phone and greet clients that walk through the door DURING the facial. Don’t get me wrong, the facial feels great, and I really like that the professional equipment and products they use. They always do the steam, exfoliation, massage, and some extractions for me. I just wouldn’t be pleased paying full price for a relaxing service that gets interrupted several times… but half-​price — I can live with.

They do a wonderful job on shaping my eyebrows and can’t complain on the price. Im a regular there.

Great threading, they really know how to shape the eyebrow.
Only complaint is that there is always a really, really long wait and there is only 1 person working. Sometimes I’ve have to wait 20 minutes, just to get a threading!

I just moved to houston so I was looking for a salon with eyebrow threading and also waxing, I’ve threaded my eyebrows like 100 times and so I can say the threading was OKAY, but the bad news was the waxing part, I also do the waxing my self so I am completely famillar with it, but OMG, the woman spent like an hour on my legs and she was sooo bad that I’ve got bruises all over my legs, I gotta say I don’t have that much hair, but she spent like half an hour on my thighs and she didn’t even remove the hair! I waxed my legs like a hundred times, in salon or by myself, but they are usually very quick and clean, my legs were hairy and sticky of wax after it got finished! If you don’t want to hurt your skin or get bruises, never go there for waxing!

Cheap in price, clean and quick in service. The price reminds me of the times I used to pay back when I was living in the West coast. The inside is pretty and clean with several stations and nice dark green to counteract the bright lights. Service is decent. I will come back here when I come to Houston. This is one of the few places that has good customer service. The person who threaded my eyebrows was very thorough in her job.

Fast, cheap, perfect threading job!

Eyebrow threading! I love the eyebrow threading here. I moved over from another place down the street. Maybe it’s just in their nature, but the people at these eyebrow threading places are always trying to up-​sell their other services. But no thanks, I only come here for one thing: Eyebrow Threading, duh. Besides, I tend to go to diff places and diff people for diff services. However, I do trust these folks with my eyebrows. Will def be returning here… =)
