Established in 2013.

Buzz Barista was hatched by the Treistman brothers to increase the quality of coffee offerings to the downtown community. Buzz Barista uses the highest quality Lavazza roast from Italy and offers locally baked goods.

The concept of Buzz Barista was hatched by two regular guys who have an appreciation for exceptional coffee. Their goal is to bring superior European coffee to convenient locations in Downtown Houston, with Buzz Barista being the first of several locations to serve Lavazza coffee to other likeminded Houstonians.

Very weak, watery coffee. The only palatable option is a red eye (with 1 or 2 shots of espresso). Unless it’s raining, I hike to Starbucks in the JP Morgan Tower a few blocks away because the coffee here is so poor.

Their coffee tastes like paper cup. If you don’t have a choice just bring your own cup or mug, but the coffee isn’t really that good.

THE WORST! Not only impossible to find, the whip cream came in a CAN!!! The coffee was very watery. A true disappointment.

Awesome Italian coffee served inside the BG Place building downtown. Had time before a meeting and grabbed an espresso and savory croissant. Just like Europe and only downtown!
