CAD-​L Paint and Auto Repair has been in the automotive industry since 1950. From selling cars to fixing them, CAD-​L has been a fixture in the River Oaks area for nearly 60 years.

Whether your automobile got in an accident and needs collision repair, needs a new paint job, needs new wheels or tires, or whether you need to get your car inspected, all you need to do is come to CAD-​L for your one-​stop-​shop. We offer towing and a shuttle service to further assist you.

On this busy Monday morning I needed an oil change, and fast! It took them about 35 minutes to change my oil. I don’t really know how long it takes to change oil but it’s faster than I could have done it. The staff was also very friendly! Smells great in here too. Take advantage of the magazines, tv, radio they have in the lobby.

I just had the best experience at CADL Paint and Body Shop. I took my car in for body repairs and was amazed at the customer service here. Jesse the body shop representative who worked with me was professional and knowledgeable. I picked my car up today and was amazed at how beautiful the work was. It looked like a new car! They also repaired a tire for me and cleaned the entire car. I will surely recommend them to my friends! Great place!

My brother drove to Houston from Ohio and wanted to get an oil change and have a mechanic look under the hood before driving back. A friend had recommended Cad-​L and I suggested that he take his car there. He was extremely impressed with the efficient manner in which they handled the transaction, but was even more impressed with the shop’s reception area. He said it was like a spa: Clean, fresh smelling, and great ambiance.
I had been going to a dealership to have my car serviced and had just received an estimate for extensive repairs. I decided to take my car to Cad-​L since they were so close and because my brother sang their praises. I already knew what was wrong with the car, and Cad-​L did indeed find the same issues with an equivalent estimate.
In addition to their eager-​to-​please attitude and quality service, they have free (fast and secure) customer WiFi and shuttle service. In short, this place rocks.

Always a great experience! Eddie and the mechanics at Cad-​L have worked on two of my cars. The prices are fair and I trust the owner to ensure he gets it RIGHT. They even drop the car back off to my home. I feel safe in my car after they have taken care of the miscellaneous things that happen to it!

This has definitely become my go-​to body shop/​oil/​battery/​tire place.
The people at Cad-​L are very professional and friendly, especially Eddie. They gave me a fair estimate for repairing my bumper (and did not insist that it had to be replaced like the other places where I got much higher estimates) and did the work in a very timely manner. They will gladly give you a ride to or from work if you need one. As a woman, I feel comfortable coming here by myself and knowing I won’t get taken advantage of for not knowing much about cars.

I really can’t say enough about Cad L. Not only do they take care of the service on my vehicle, but they have also done quality body work on several vehicles for me in the past.
I pretty much work with Eddie exclusively at this shop — he might even be an owner of some kind. Anyway, he has always been very fair with me and explained thoroughly what and why I needed a particular service on my vehicle. I really appreciate that honesty — I know a few things about cars myself and they have never told me anything that raises a flag. There is no pushy up selling either.
I will say this, they get busy in the afternoon, at opening and on weekends so if you can come in mid morning or early afternoon, you will get your vehicle back faster. Keep in mind, they have a shuttle service, so you can get a ride home if there is a lengthy repair.
A final note on the body shop. I’ve only had minor work done, but they have always been lower cost than other shops I have visited and their work is quality.
