This workshop is one of the most preventive self-​help techniques available to anyone living with chronic pain. It is an alternative, proactive approach to pain management.

The Stretch Workshops are full of preparatory stretches for going deeper & further into your yoga poses. It is ideal for professional & amateur athletes, those living with chronic pain & tightness, and for inspiring non-​yoga practitioners through therapeutic stretches.

History

Established in 2013.

Over four years ago I was still living with lots of pain and tightness after years of yoga practice. The desire to live pain-​free was my motivation. I found myself exploring stretches that my body told me «yes, this stretch is what I want». I was doing stretches that I have never ever seen or thought of. I was also doing stretching in a different way. What I knew was that I was feeling hopeful, pain free, with more joint range of movement, more flexibility, emotional releases. My heart was opening and I was letting go of control and certainty. I found that I was a kinder, happier, gentler person all because I was living pain-​free.

This was the beginning of the Campbell Flex Stretch Revolution Workshops. Today I am able to do the Advance 84 Poses Yoga Series, train for both the Texas and the USA National Yoga Asana Championships.

Business Owner

A native Houstonian, Wayne has always been an athlete, training and competing as a long distance runner for 8 years throughout his middle school, high school, and early college years. But after an injury to his knee during his freshman year in college, he switched his career to dance and trained with several Professional Dance Companies here in Houston and Chicago. However, after a career ending injury in dance, his path would lead him eventually into the Bikram Hot Yoga community. It was there in his first Bikram Yoga class in 2005 that Wayne would begin his journey into the world of Yoga Poses, Flexibility, Strength, Balance, Breathing Technique, and lots of letting go of the ego.

In June 2011, Wayne graduated from Bikram Yoga College of India, as a Certified Bikram Yoga Teacher. He also graduated from Massage Therapy School in 2012, and is a Licensed Massage Therapist. In 2013, Wayne also graduated from the Institute For Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Health Coach. Toda
