Carefree Critters has emerged as a truly full service pet care provider for the greater Metro Houston area. We provide not only day time in home pet care and house-​sitting services, but also over-​night in your home care, In-​Our-​Home care, pet taxi, dog park visits and socialization training assistance, aquarium and terrarium maintenance, and yard waste clean-​up. With this breadth of services, we are sure to be able to satisfy your needs.

The members of our team all have a vested interest in the company’s success, so you can be assured we will provide the foremost level of care and professionalism. Manager

Mara — Dog and Cat Specialist

Mara’s background includes business management, professional veterinary technician experience with both small animals and equines, volunteer work at a no-​kill animal shelter, and parenting and fostering of various pets. She has most experience with dogs and cats. With her patient but firm demeanor, she is capable of caring for even stubborn dogs or fractious cats and may be able to assist when mild behavioral modification, like socialization or improved pet confidence, is needed.
