DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS DRY CLEANERS!!! What do you think of when you think dry cleaners? Clean, pressed shirts, starched dress pants? CLEAN CLOTHES? This place is not only a filthy establishment (they had a large rottweiler behind the counter-​their explanation, it was a guard dog… you’re not running a junk yard guys), but they are plain thieves. They made a $ 300.00 charge on my credit card even though I hadn’t gone their for months. After several attempts by calling, messages, and stop by’s I finally came when there was actually someone there. As I was waiting for the cashier to finish with a customer, I overhear that she has short changed the customer! Luckily that customer realized and got her correct change! The cashiers explanation? The register did not have application that told her the correct change… mind you the change was less than 10 dollars. I’m assuming she did not know how to do basic math… which makes me wonder, WHY ARE YOU WORKING AS A CASHIER? Obviously, they’re scamming unsuspecting customers. After speaking with the cashier, I asked her why no one returned my calls, she said the store had no answering machine, I called the store and got the answering machine in front of her! She then proceeded to explain that that was the old owner’s answering machine… uh why do you still have then? She then told me to return in a couple of days when the owner would speak to me personally. I asked her for a direct number to the owner, and she gives me two numbers to call the owner to schedule a time to speak. Sensing the run around, I call the numbers while in front of the cashier. Of course, they are disconnected and no longer in service. She said my phone wasn’t working properly because when she calls the numbers she can get through. I assume she has a special phone that can do this and my phone is just for show. My credit card refunded the transaction, but the cleaners never acknowledged what they did. Whatever you do don’t go to this place. They are nothing but con artists.
