After 20 of years as a customer, I have found Chimney Rock Service to be prompt, reliable, and competent. I have always been treated fairly.

I cannot say enough about Chimney Rock A/​C Service. Let me see… what one word to best describes Chimney Rock A/​C Service… prompt…courteous…fair…reasonable…honest…etc. You be the judge.
I had called my home warranty to make an A/​C claim. They sent an A/​C service rep (from another company) to the house, but the guy refused to work on the A/​C. He said the unit was installed incorrectly. He also said that it needed four pounds of freon and the coils needed to be cleaned. he quoted me a price that was astronomical. To top it off, based upon his assessment, my home warranty denied my claim and now the onus was on me. Suspicious, I told the guy I would find another company.
My wife knew of Chimney Rock A/​C Service from a relative and placed the call. She was told a service rep would promptly be by the house. Within 30 minutes, Patrick arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem. He said the freon was fine and the coils did not need to be cleaned. He replaced a capacitor and washed the condenser. The unit was cooling the house again. The nice thing is that he walked me completely through the processes and showed me what to look for if the A/​C unit stopped working.
I felt Patrick and his company (Chimney Rock A/​C Service) took the honest approach in service and commitment. He really made me feel at ease and I feel he was very honest. The service call was more than reasonable. I highly recommend Chimney Rock A/​C Service.

The prices and service were outstanding! I felt like I was doing business with a long time friend! Went above and beyond to help me with special order items at another location that they don’t even service.
