Church’s Chicken

Kind of a guilty pleasure place… not amazing… but consistently good. I like the spicy chicken best! Unlike others… I’ve always found the Ladies to be quite nice here. …but at the same time I’m always very nice to them!

The customer service is HORRIBLE!, Just left the location, the large latino woman at front had attitude!!! I used a coupon and she tried to charge me EXTRA!, SECOND time this has happened in a month! She should be retrained, poor people skills and fractured English!

If I could give it a negative star I would. This location is horrible. Every time I’ve gone they only have 2 employees and almost never have chicken. The last time I went I asked for chicken strips and the cashier told me their chicken strips were frozen and they weren’t going to have any that day. Okay let me get two number 2’s. One spicy one regular, she took my order and I paid. 10 seconds later «oh we don’t have regular all we have is spicy» so I asked how long it would take to get regular she said 20 minutes or more so I asked for my money back for that one order and she hesitated to want to give me my money back. RIDICULOUS. I would understand if I was the first customer early in the morning but this was at 2 PM almost 3. This location needs to be removed because it sucks.

Spicy Chicken: ⁴⁄₅ — The chicken is juicy & skin is crunchy. It also has a nice spiciness to it.
Honey-​Butter Biscuits: ⁴⁄₅
Mashed Potatoes with Gravy: ⁴⁄₅ — It’s whipped to be very soft. I prefer mashed potatoes to be chunky w/​more texture, but this is good too.
