Horrible customer service. Rude when answering questions and wanted payment over the phone. Didn’t want to set up a consultation but was more worried about a deposit without receipt. Lost a potential client. Was willing to meet for consultation to speak on procedure. Novice to say none the least.

I loved my dolphin tattoo, but I don’t want to be a 50 year old with a tattoo, so I have 9 months to go. However, after five treatments, my dolphin is swimming away thanks to John at Clean Canvas, he is a pro and his equipment is state of the art.

So this was my first removal here with john. This was NOT my first removal process for my tattoo removal.
My previous experience at a high end day spa fried my foot. My foot turned black. I had blisters covering my foot the size of large grapes, er visit, urgent care visit, dermatologist visit and a total if 8 meds and over a month of healing with one session!!!
Now with John at clean canvas laser. HE WAS AMAZING!!! He was beyond knowledgeable! He was beyond patient with me and my pain! He was realistic with the whole process it will take and didn’t just feed me what I wanted to hear. Let’s just say clean canvas laser is the only only only place I will trust with my tattoo removal! I work in a hospital for a living so I can see real quick if a place is a place I would trust and this place is truly as top notch as it gets! I could keep going but I’m sure you get the point of how pleased I am.
Last thing, I feel great! Like amazing! It does not get any better that clean canvas laser!

I cannot say enough good things about John and his business.
I consider myself a tattoo removal veteran as I’ve now been treated at FOUR different places. Not only is CCL more affordable, it is the ONLY place I’ve been to that even HAS the correct laser to tackle the bright blues and aqua greens in my ugly tattoo. Oh the other places took my money and burned my skin, but none of them would admit their lasers were doing nothing for me after the black was all gone.
Like others, I found out about CCL through an email about Unink (one of the places with the wrong laser and one of the places that left me with hypopigmentation, not to mention overpriced). In the email it stated CCL had the better Ruby laser that attacks the bright green inks. I thought I’d give it a try. I wasn’t under contract with Unink and was dissatisfied with the fading of the greens from other places. So I thought why not.
First of all, the photo I sent in to John appeared smaller than what it really is, so John quoted me a certain (very low) price. When arriving John stated it was 2x as big than he expected but that he would still honor his quote. During the procedure, John started with the regular Yag laser (the ones other places were using on me) to see if the colors would respond. They didn’t. He then switched to the Ruby laser for my treatment and the colors responded immediately. I have had roughly 10 laser treatments and NONE have faded the bright colors in my tattoo like John’s laser. TWO weeks later the bright greens and blues have faded noticeably.
John followed up with me several times in the following days to make sure everything was healing ok.
On my next appointment, I’m going to let John annihilate my tramp stamp as well.

I’ve had one treatment from Clean Canvas Laser and have seen more results than the three previous treatments I’ve received from UnInk. John is very professional and experienced in tattoo removal. He explained why his machines works better than others out there and proved it with very good results on my first visit.
I was a prepaid from Unink Tattoo Removal that thought I was going to lose out on all my upfront payments. John went above and beyond to honor what I’ve already paid and has given better results. Unink closing down may have been the best thing that could have happened to me.
I am having a dark blue tattoo removed on my stomach. I didn’t see any fading from the first three treatments that were done at UnInk (very discouraging). One treatment from Clean Canvas and I can already see where the blue is breaking up. I am very hopeful and excited to see John completely remove my embarrassing and unwanted tattoo.

Clean Canvas «acquired» UnInk Tattoo Removal patients in early 2014. Letters were sent to all UnInk clients stating Clean Canvas would be honoring prepaid packages we bought from UnInk, but not the «unlimited guarantee», which is understandable. After being on the phone for over half an hour, I find out Clean Canvas has all my medical/​tattoo information from UnInk but conveniently is missing the one page that shows I had a prepaid package (even though they could somehow confirm how much I paid UnInk and how many sessions I’ve had thus far). When I offered to bring my documentation showing I’ve paid for X amount for 12 estimated sessions, the gentlemen did not care and kept saying he doesn’t have the documentation to show I had a prepaid package. Needless to say I’m out thousands of dollars and Clean Canvas is weaseling their way out of honoring a prepaid package that they legally acquired. Shameful business practice.
