Established in 2011.

It all started when the owner of CMLessons thought he could earn some extra cash providing music lessons on side. He would give piano lessons, guitar lessons, and vocal lessons, all of which are very popular when it comes to music lessons. Word quickly began to spread of his services and so he figured it best to expand into what is now known as CMLessons. The rest is history and we are now looking to the future!

Business Owner

John Ryan Cantu has had a love for music since a very young age. His parents Pastor a church where he would lock himself in every Summer determined to learn every instrument on the stage. He did. To formalize his newly found talent he attended HAA, a Private High School dedicated to the arts and in his case, the musical arts. He later graduated High School and applied to Berklee College of Music where he was accepted. He received a Master’s Certificate in Music Production. He also received a B.S. Degree in Business Management from SAGU.

John has had two records to date. In 2008 he released his debut album «Reach The World Through Music» and an EP with his band the John Ryan Cantu Band in 2012 entitled «Here We Go» both of which are available on iTunes.

Through CMLessons he desires to build something great, something that will bring music to the world in a whole new way. «Let’s change the world with what we’re good at. If you’re not good at anything learn something, like music!»
