Very quaint shopping atmosphere. Both workers were extremely helpful, and Marissa was extra patient while I tried to make a decision about my purchase. She made some recommendations and went back and forth for my husband and me while we tried on a thousand styles and sizes. Overall, good shopping experience. My only disappointment was discovering that the shoe I finally picked out was excluded from the friends and family event. I ended up going with another style, which I later discovered was also available about $ 20 cheaper at the outlet mall location :(. Oh well, at least now I know my options. My suggestion is to call or visit the outlet before making a full price purchase from one of the main retail stores. I was. Surprised to realize that the outlet carried many of the Cole haan staple styles as well as some new styles included the zero grands. I’m very satisfied with the comfort and style so I will definitely continue w/the brand in the future.

I just went by the CH outlet and interacted with the store manager today. I have decided to come back on here and give a negative review for the Highland Village location because I had a mail order issue that they refused to resolve and treated me like I stole the merchandise when I went by. As an avid shoe lover and a regular CH shopper with over thirty pairs of Cole Haan alone currently i feel the store employees were not very nice to me. They were suspicious and rude. However, the manager at Cypress Outlet location has resolved my issue and was very kind to me. I recently bought six pairs of zero grands online and wanted to return two pairs for something else and he has looked up my receipts and done so whereas this location treated me like I stole the shoes despite me telling them how I purchased them. I know I know, regardless I have a shoe addiction…

I hate to be the first three-star review here, but i just had a bad time with a shoe order recently. Because I wear a 5.5, I’m constantly ordering shoes. I don’t know how it’s possible that no CH I’ve shopped in(D.C. or Texas) carries the size. Anyway, I went to CH to buy shoes during a special 25 percent off event, and I had to try the shoes on in another color to see if I needed a 5.5(even though I knew I would). A pair was located in San Antonio, and they would be mailed to my house. Great! I paid and was on my way. Two days later, the size 6 pair arrived. OK … called, and another pair of 5.5s were located in Dallas. They’d arrive by the weekend. But they didn’t, because there was«some mixup» with the Dallas store’s UPS pickup. Sigh. While I definitely appreciate calling around to find my shoes, it’s kind of your job. And you still made money off of me, even if I got them for 25 percent off. More than a week later, I finally had them. It’s just irritating that I went through the trouble of ordering this pair and somehow ended up with a size we determined was too big.

I love Cole Haan. Their merchandise is high quality(and expensive) without being overly flashy and gaudy. I don’t know why I ever look anywhere else for purses and wallets when I’m seriously shopping. I stopped by the Cole Haan in the Galleria, but it’s tiny compared to this large store in Highland Village. I walked in after finding parking(tough on a weekend in this area), and was able to look around without being overly attended to or ignored. I find that some salespeople don’t know how to walk that line of being helpful without being sycophantic; the people in Cole Haan are pretty good. My friends, husband, and I went on the look out for a new purse. I looked at every purse in the place and decided that one of them might actually work! At the same time, my friends looked at shoes, etc… We spent quite a while in the store and eventually left to look at other places in Highland Village. I am not an impulse buyer and like to thoroughly check everything out before making purchases. I finally came back and purchased a lovely brown leather purse. The purses are made of leather and all leather does not come from the same cow. So, when purchasing a purse, especially one with large areas of flat leather, check out several of the same style. I liked the one on display because there was less pebbling, but the one they eventually(it took a while for them to even find the purses in the storeroom) had a lot of pebbling. The salesperson then brought out some more of the same style purse and I found one with very little pebbling on the leather. If you are going to spend several hundred dollars on a purse, check them all out. Make sure the material is what you want and that the hardware is all pristine. When I got the purse home, I noticed one scratch on the hardware on the front of the purse. The hardware is all thoroughly wrapped as are the handles and the whole thing is placed in a dust cover, so the scratch was not something I did, it must have happened in the packaging or shipping of the purse. I am very pleased with my bag. I wish the back room of Cole Haan was better organized so they don’t take so long to find things and to complete purchases. I’ll always come back to Cole Haan for my leather goods, as I really see their products as superior to a lot of the competition.

As a longtime Cole Haan fan I went to the Highland Village store(for the first time) to buy some replacements for my wornout loafers. There was one customer being served by a salesperson and at least 4 salepersons(women)at the counter with a middle-aged man who appeared to be a manager. In the 20 minutes I was there, not one person acknowledged my presence(except for the one salesperson helping someone else) other than occasional glaring— instead they stood at the front and gossiped with one another. I finally gave up and left– never to return. I was not shabbily dressed and I was wearing Cole Haans. I hope my being non-white was not a factor in determining my non-worthiness to be served. Whatever it was, I will not be returning to this store. Plus, their selection of men’s shoes is really abyssmal, although the Galleria store is even worse. Back to the NYC or SF stores, or online.

The Highland Village location is very convenient and the service is excellent. This location also has a great selection of current styles. After I read about the Air collection online, I had to go in and try them on. I am in love with these shoes! The Air collection has the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. John was happy to pull a variety of shoes, without being asked. He even brought out different sizes so I could find the perfect fit. I tried on at least 7 styles, in different sizes. I ended up buying 4 pairs :) After that purchase, I went back to the store to exchange 2 pairs for a larger size. Again, the service was friendly and helpful. I wear a ½ size larger, because of the cushioning in the Air collection. Comfortable heels and pleasant sales staff… can’t beat that!

I had been searching far and wide for my wedding shoes. I tried online, I tried the galleria, I tried DSW several times and locations and the 290 outlet mall. I could not find a pair anywhere. Until I walked into Cole Haan. I did not think I would find them here but I was across the street at Crate and Barrel and thought I should stop in just in case. It is such a nice store. Its laid out very well(with the boy shoes in the back ;)) They had their purses and shoes everywhere. It was heaven. I easily found the bridal shoes even though right when I found them I had people asking what I needed. I only asked for one pair but my sales lady knew better and brought out pretty much each bridal shoe in sizes all around the size I asked for. Since this was a big decision for me she let me decide on my own which pair to buy but checked up on me regularly without being pushy. I really appreciated that. I wanted to walk around in the shoes for a while to make sure after 10 hours of wearing them my feet would only slightly be killing me. When I finally decided which shoes I wanted she quickly packaged them up and ready to go quickly. I really enjoyed my visit and plan to be back!

I have a serious addiction, and it goes by the name of Cole-hann. Seven pairs people. Okay, I guess I’m not as bad as Jim L, but, my boyfriend still threatens to leave me every time they have a sale. Where else can you get high heeled shoes that are as comfortable as sneakers? I can wear these to work all day, look good, and not complain. I wear a ½ size larger in their Nike’s than I normally wear in shoes. I think it’s the air cushion.

The Westheimer store has a new look, people! You should get over there just to see their stunning orange door with the fine leather handle, the three newly inspired salons with lush lighting and display units, and the always amenable staff. I did not pick up anything on this visit, as I already have 40 pair of their shoes. However, I scoped out some awesome boots — the Dylan plain toe zip boot. It’s on sale right now at 209.95, but I am waiting to buy.(Did I mention I already have 40 pair?) The Nike air technology is a boon to the brand. I can give presentations for upwards of three hours, sometimes twice daily, and I am still standing on heaven’s clouds at the end of the day. If it does not have Nike air, I am not wearing them when I have days like these. The staff is great, knowledgeable, and friendly. Jose, John, and Brian are killer fashionistas.

Ahh, comfortable, yet attractive shoes for women – impossible you say! Well, I said so too until I checked out Cole Haan’s new shoes. Most of their new lines use the Air Nike soles which are heaven for your feet. I, like most women I know, am a shoe fiend. I mean, my fetish runs deep(and my pockets do not). Cole Haan has decently prices shoes that actually made for walking.. .and I’m going to refrain from actually finishing the lyrics and having you hate me for getting that song stuck in your head. Ahem. That being said, I’m a huge fan of getting shoes that fit all parts of your feet, while actually looking cute on someone besides a size 6 foot. I especially love that their business dress shoes aren’t too grown up and old fashioned – serious enough for work, but fun enough to show some personality. This boutique is nice and large, and a lot less cramped than the one in the Galleria, so check it out!
