I hate to leave a negative review but I feel bad for the person who sent my husband a cookie basket during a recent illness. I know his friend thoughtful in their purchase and would be unhappy to know that the product was awful. The cookies were poorly decorated but that’s not a big deal. The problem was that they were inedible. The were so hard that they didn’t even soften when dipped in milk. Maybe we just received a bad batch so I would recommend tasting one of their cookies before sending a basket to someone.
