What exactly are we you ask? We are an academic tutoring firm filled with multi-​talented, life-​long learners who only expect one thing: results. We want you (parents, students, teachers, counselors, everyone!) to know that you are not alone, and we’re here to guide you through all things academic.

As former students, we know what it’s like to be stressed out about the next chemistry test, overwhelmed with the decision of choosing between the ACT and SAT, and intimidated by the daunting task of picking just one university. Let us help. With our specialized training and experience, we will help you avoid those, «I wish I would have known…» mistakes.

History

Established in 2005.

Originally founded under the name, ‘Academic Solutions Group,” Cram Crew was rebranded in 2005 to better align with the market. Cram Crew has been helping students in subject areas such as math, science, history, English, and in preparation for the PSAT, SAT, and ACT for more than 15 years throughout the Houston area. We have carefully blended individualized attention with refined teaching methodologies that support our mission: «One Student at a Time.» As a result, test scores have improved and knowledge has been gained to further academic progress for each student.

Deepak T.

Business Owner

Deepak Thadhani is the founder and president of Cram Crew. Deepak completed his undergraduate degrees in mathematics and biology, with a minor in chemistry at the University of Houston. He did follow-​up work at Ben Taub Hospital and while there, completed the MCAT. He decided that medicine was not his real passion and returned to the University of Houston to pursue his master’s. He received his MBA in marketing along with a certificate of entrepreneurship at the Center for Entrepreneurship in the Bauer School of Business. This broad educational background turned out to be the perfect combination for an education-​based business.

With his extensive educational experience, Deepak possesses a unique combination of educational exposure, teaching acumen, and a genuine interest in the achievement of every student.
