This corporate cricket store is the store you need to go to if you’ve lost your phone, or, if you want to do an insurance claim. Majority of the reps. speak English except for 2 employees. There is an excellent reliant representative who is kind and courteous… if you need help with electricity he’s the guy to talk to. Overall, I’m satisfied with the employees and their professionalism. P. S. they play some good music while you’re waiting to be called.
