Worst customer service EVER! First off, they told me my car repair would be an 8 day repair… By the time they were finally done with my car, A MONTH AND A HALF LATER– I had to return my rental and borrow a friend’s car … When they FINALLY returned my car, I was ecstatic! But the very next day, I couldn’t turn the wheel, apparently they should have fixed that (according to my insurance) — so I then took my car to another shop to get the steering gear fixed. All was well until two more days after while I was getting an oil change, that mechanic pointed out that the lower and upper arms with ball joints were all torn up. The mechanic was literally able to put his finger in the holes in the ball joint cushions. Also, the cv joint boot had a hole in it and grease was leaking all over the inside of my wheel. I called TROY (the so called manager at CSI) and explained what happened. He basically told me that he would not be giving me a refund for the $ 1,000.00 I paid them for their faulty work. Furthermore, he belittled me the entire time I was explaining to him what his mechanics called repaired. I took pictures of their horrible work and he wouldn’t even look at them. And at the end of our conversation, he said he was not giving me any type of refund. I ended up having to pay the other mechanic over $ 1,000.00 to re-​do what CSI’s mechanics did. Needless to say, I will never EVER go there again! And I will not be recommending them to ANYONE so that they don’t have to go through what I went through with this horrible company!
