Wow! We are very happy with Cubbage! They were extremely helpful, efficient, professional and courteous to my parents. My mom needed part of her roof trim repaired after a road trip. We stopped in to find out what needed to be done. They fixed her car while we waited. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was an excellent value and we will definitely use them again in the future if/when the need arises! Thanks for taking good care of them!

Not one good thing to say about this company. Geico led me to them after my tailgate was stolen. All I needed was a new tailgate, do damage, no body work… just a tailgate. The entire process took 3 weeks. I made 2 trips to their facility to pick up my truck,. The first time it was not ready and they blamed it on poor communication with Geico. The next time I picked up my truck I waited for over 3 hours ON A SATURDAY and when they brought my «finished» truck to the front, the tailgate WOULDNOTOPEN. They had one job. The«finished» tailgate was not even functional. It was also installed with the wrong handle and the trim was missing a piece. Two days later they sent guys out to pick my truck up and take it to their shop to be completed. This was their plan so they would not«inconvenience» me. I told them I needed my turck at 5:00pm because I had somewhere to be after work… When they finally arrived at 6:00pm, the handle issue was fixed, but the trim piece was STILL missing and I had to cancel my personal plans. It then took them 5 additional days to «get the piece in on order»(I was told multiple times they had the piece, but this was their excuse in the end). The final time they sent a guy out(their fourth attempt to complete the job), they finally installed the missing piece, but the step on my tailgate does not lock in place like it should. I am so fed up with them that I will fix the step issue on my own. I was never contacted or updated by Cubbage through the entire process without having to call them at least 2 to 3 times to finally get an update. I had to call every time I needed an update and I rarely got a call back when I left a message, so I just had to keep calling until I was lucky enough to catch the right person on the phone. They promised the world with every update, but NEVER come through on a single one of their promises. Terrible company. Will not recommend to anyone

I was steered here by Geico. No real problems with the work. Customer service is HORRIBLE. My 4 days turned into 9. I was told each day after the 4th day it would be the next day. Very frustrating because I stressed to them how important it was to get my car back by day 5. They could care less. They will let your car sit for 2 days waiting on a single 30 min task to complete it. Stay away if you value customer satisfaction. Once they get your car, you will get it back when they feel like getting it back to you. Regardless of the timeline they tell you.

Amazing!!! I am so impressed at the whole process of having my car repaired after my accident! Starting with Geico and their extremely efficient process. In one day I reported the accident and was given a time to take my car in to Cubbage for the repairs. And to top it off the rental car was arrange and was waiting for me at Cubbage. Cubbage was so quick and when I picked my car up it looked brand new. During the repair process they sent me text message to update me on the repairs and estimated time of completion. Every single person I dealt with during this was professional, caring, and efficient! The whole process was so easy and turned an unfortunate incident into something quite pleasant. I would recommend Cubbage to anyone looking for any collision repairs! Thank you so much!

I was first skeptical of this place since I couldn’t find any reviews online but it’s where Geico sent my car after an accident and the locale was close to home. The place however, did a very good job fixing and painting my car(2011 Acura, RDX). You really can’t tell the difference between the old and new paint. The reason why I gave them four stars instead of five is because on two occasions they promised to have my car by a certain date but failed to have it ready. My car was at the shop for about a month. However, the work they did was great! The shop manager Adan even explained to my dad all of the work that they did to the car and answered his questions with a lot of patience. My aunt’s car also had work done here after an accident and they did a good job as well with her bumper.
