D&M Leasing

This was my first time to lease a vehicle and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Daryl was friendly, patient and extremely thorough in assisting me in my vehicle search. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I was happy before making any decisions. Daryl did all the legwork for me as well as the comparison shopping and even brought the car to my office when all was said and done. And speaking of said and done. I was in the car and driving it within a matter of a few days! And I am thrilled with the deal I got! I am a big fan of Daryl and D&M Leasing, and will be a customer of theirs for a very long time to come.

Found the cars with the options I wanted and the customer service is second to none.
If you are skeptical, get a lease quote from the dealer and then call D&M and compare.
As for me, I just text Troy Killian with the car I am looking for and he will have a quote for me in no time.

I leased a 2014 Nissan Sentra SV last May 2014 from D & M leasing they ran the lease through a credit union peoples trust i found out today that the DM purchased the vehicle from Baker Nissan full retail price they paid for MSRP price and not only that but they tacked on an extra $ 2000 when they set up the account I have to pay for through the credit union now not only did they screw me on that I’ve been complaining to them for months that I wanted to return the vehicle through their easy lease program I can do that but I have to give them $ 6000 because that Nissan has lost almost half of its value from $ 18,600 MSRP to $ 11,800 now that’s how much I’m underwater on this car. Folks what you do, do not lease from these cultures. The service has been crap, the information told to the consumer are lies and they do not try to give you a good deal. Their Radio ads say that you will save 40 to 50% on purchasing a car that’s not true I’m going to find out tomorrow how many more payments I have left on this lease and if they signed me up for a five-​year lease which means I will have paid off that car I give the car back and then they sell it and get even more money. This company sucks, stay away from this leasing company.
Update: A manager at D&M leasing called me after the original post. He asked what it is they can do to make things right. I appreciate them making an attempt to see if in fact when the lease comes to the three-​year mark I will not be underwater and I will be able to trade in the vehicle and be free of the lease. He also said that he was going to change out the account rep that I have for a more senior account rep who is going to be calling me every three months to see how the condition of the vehicle is, the mileage and how the vehicle is performing which I appreciate. So I’m just going to sit tight and see how this unfolds but I appreciate them reaching out to me and trying to rectify the problems I felt which were occurring.

You just can’t beat D&M for their professionalism and making the car buying or leasing experience super easy. Where else do you get door to door service? Pricing is solid too. Troy Killian is the best, going out of his way to make sure you get exactly what you want. I ordered a custom Challenger and it was built and delivered to me in @ a month — and I live in Miami!!! Great follow up and they treat you like a friend, not a customer.

Troy Killian has been professional and to the point from day one and simply the best at what he does!!! I’m so pleased with his level of service that I’ve leased more than 4 cars with him over the years and referred many more! Keep it up buddy!

Called for a few simple questions and was treated like I was a fool. Pretty simple, wanted to know the ball park cost or leasing a certain car, the bs salesmen couldn’t simply answer my question.
If your not ready for a huge smoke and mirror sales pitch don’t call.

Leticia Velasquez is the most pleasant person I have ever dealt with when it comes to cars. She walked my wife and me through the entire process, was extremely patient and made it all so easy to understand after hundreds of questions from us.

Within a 24 hour period, she delivered my new Toyota Camry to my front door and took my old Toyota away.
