Beautiful jewelry and professional staff — but I have not been able to get anything actually done here. They refused to fix my wedding band because they felt the platinum was contaminated metal and offered to create a new setting with new metal? $$$$& It is 16 yrs old and I never had an issue before. My Rolex was sent off for a contract agreement of $ 75 in shipping + cost to repair; 3 weeks and $ 80 later I got it back in the same condition because they were unable to have it fixed. I was also charged taxes for this shipping and insurance — according to the Texas Controller website — it is not a taxable charge if it is not associated with the sale of a taxable good — I did not buy anything or have anything done to my piece and I was taxed on it ??? Couple of red flags at this establishment —I went down the street and had everything taken care of for a reasonable price.

3 stars. nice clean store. Great selection, they offered me warranty passed the factory warranty. Impressed with the amount of Tudors they have for sale as well as Rolex but I’m knocking off two stars for the fact that the person sent to help me pretty much did not know anything about Rolex. How are you going to try to sell me a $ 8500 Ceramic GMT Master II and confuse the specs with a Submariner? Sorry I don’t remember the name of the lady helping me but I had to school her on a couple things. I went ahead and bought somewhere else instead. Just didn’t feel good about purchasing here when I knew more than the sales person.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Ample parking. Great selection. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or service their fine jewelry.

Deutch and Deutch has a fabulous selection of beautiful jewelry. They have a lovely store and everyone that has ever helped me has been genuinely friendly. I go in there frequently unfortunately I can’t always buy every time but they don’t snub me but treat me with VIP treatment whether I buy or not. I have been waited on by Debra, Donna and Linda. All have been outstanding sales people and really know what they are talking about in regard to the jewelry lines. I have also dealt with Missy when it comes to repairs. I am glad this jewelry store is inside the loop and in my neighborhood. I look forward to shopping here and highly recommend Deutch and Deutch to all of my friends.

Okay, so they’ll never be my favorite jewelry store in town, but I have to admit that their new store is pretty spiffy. It is much, much larger so you’re not as cramped and you can actually have room to move around. Their cases have more to offer, though they just cannot seem to get past Rolex. They do carry some fun smaller brands of jewelery on top of the more generic stuff which is a nice surprise. The service is always friendly, though a little rehearsed. It was nice, however, to deal with someone who recently got their GG from GIA and was still excited about the field. All in all, the new store suits them – this is a big improvement upon their last location.
