Prior to this Mr. Spivey has worked in the retail automobile industry since 1983. He has Owned and operated both New and Used Car Dealerships in the Houston, TX area. Mr. Spivey served as Vice President of Houston Independent Automobile Dealers Association in 1999 and also served as a Director of Texas Independent Automobile Association.
