My mom comes to them to get her dry clean done here and I thought I’d give them a try to have them alter my bikini. I got the impression that the lady didn’t want to help me. I knew what I was asking her to do was going to take some work but she simply said«she couldn’t do it and didn’t have the time to do it» I won’t be coming here

I needed a dress cleaned really quick for an important dinner date. Song was really sweet and had my dress ready the same day. I was so happy. They are very reasonable and were very accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I still haven’t taken any clothes here for dry-cleaning, but my bf has and I didn’t hear any complaints. Recently, I took a couple of couch cushion covers(from an expensive couch) to get dry cleaned(beer stains, eek!). It only cost $ 10 for the two of them… I don’t know, I was expecting it to cost more, so it was a pleasant surprise. After I picked them up, I dropped off a skirt with a messed up zipper that they’re going to totally replace for $ 8. They seemed super busy but they took the time to discuss what my options were for fixing the zipper. I don’t know much about dry cleaning prices or what it costs to fix a zipper usually, but I really like this place. And I am LOVING their late® hours!

Another fine neighborhood service(near Jersey Village), not in my neighborhood(the Heights). Two things: First, my job(the best job on the planet, satisfying the masses) doesn’t require me to wear a dress shirt & suit. My uniform is «Climb a ladder or film polo riders in a field» casual. Second, I’m not an off-the-rack kind of guy. I have to blame my Japanese heredity on some shorter legs(at least they reach the ground). No jeans, khakis or suit ever fits me without some alteration. It means anything I buy usually means I’ve got some tailoring costs added on. Knowing I needed a good deal in an alteration, my mother-in-law turned me onto the Dryclean Planet located on West Road just off 290. I’ve had over 30 pieces altered from mostly pants & jeans to shirts and one suit. They do an excellent job in just a couple of days for a good price(call them for pricing, I think I get a good deal since I’ve been with them for a while). They’re a little too far away to take my dry cleaning(I don’t have much anyways). What few pieces I’ve taken have always been cleaned well and with care. This place may be a franchise, but it’s obviously run by people who care about their business and customers. I listened to an interesting exchange between the employees as to who remembered the name of the customer first as they walked up. They obviously have other regular, loyal customers like me. Need a good tailor/cleaner in Jersey Village? Give this place a shot. They have my vote.
