This place was the saving grace for my staving pregnant wife stuck on a plane. I was able by begging the gate agent, to leave the flight during our short layover here to sprint to Dunkin’ Donuts and get her a sandwich. But alas! The card machine wasn’t working and I had no cash! With the guidance of the very helpful mustached cashier, I sprinted the city block length to the ATM and on my run back… he met me half way in the terminal with exact change for a $ 10 in hand! When we determined I needed change more change because I had a $ 20, he sprinted with me back to Dunkin’ Donuts to give me my change! I didn’t catch the hero’s name, but I can say that he wears a mustache and made my and my wife’s day! Gotta love that southern hospitality. God bless you man!

for an airport donut place this was good. Quick service, clean area. The jelly filled donut only had a dime size amount of jelly at the end and was coated with minimal sugar. The strawberry frost had a thin layer or frosting covering only the very top edge of the donut.

Disgusting coffee. Need I say more? And even though I don’t eat donuts, they had none to pick from!

If you don’t like Dunkin Donuts, you’re not American, or atleast you wouldn’t be fun to party with. Between flights was looking for some hot tea. Yup found that here, also why not just get a donut, ‘Merica! Good stuff.

This place is in the airport at the far end. There was sooooo many choices to choose from. Definitely get the cronut if they offer any, when I went there were 2 cronuts and I got them both along with a strawberry sprinkled donut. Staff was super friendly and all smiles when I ordered.

Only stop here because I need coffee and its the only coffee for Delta flights. I don’t eat donuts and just get coffee and always pleased with what I get at 6am and then sit and wait for a flight for some magic time period. Good location, good service, I’ll always stop here –unless they put a Starbucks near.

They do not accept app coupons or dd pay with app. It is going to be 2016 come on already. Also guy at counter acted as if he could care less about me or that they don’t accept any app purchases. Skip it.

The line was a little long but that should be expected at Dunkin in the morning. The coffee and food was good and the service was excellent!

This was my first time traveling to Houston Hobby in many, many years. Was craving something good for breakfast and was disappointed with the limited options. Peet’s was out of everything but bran muffins(which looked healthy but not very appetizing), and cream cheese danishes. So I walked down the concourse to Dunkin Donuts. Their line was considerably longer but they offered more of a selection including bagels. I ended up getting a blueberry cake donut and some kind of chocolate donut with coconut flakes. They were OK. I wanted to try one of their frozen coffee drinks but they said their machine was being cleaned and they couldn’t make any at the moment. One thing that really turned me off was how filthy the place was. There were napkins strewn about on the floor and the floors were dirty. I just wanted to take my food and get out of there. The donuts were just ‘ight — not bad, but not great.

I had what I thought would be breakfast here at Houston Hobby this am. Worst coffee I have ever drank and terrible donuts. I really don’t know how this chain survives. There r few choices for anything breakfast at Hobby but I won’t be eating at a Dunkin Donuts again ever anywhere. BTW I wanted to try the new Cronut but they had none. I had the blueberry and a glazed and thy both sucked. The coffee is very weak and tasteless. Where is a good McDonalds or Shipley when u need them!

Coffee, ok However, after experiencing two occasions of rude employees, i want go back. #1, customer in front of me requested a sample of an ice cream. Employee frown and basically threw her a sample. #2 ordered smoothy and after fixing the smoothy it sat in blender for ten minutes as i waited. Employee stated she forgot it was there. Stay away. Recommend Peets on other end.

Located in the Houston Hobby Airport, this Dunkin Donut location shares a space with a Baskin Robbins. I am always eager for a donut from this place seeing as how I am a Cali boy and Dunkin Donuts do not exist out here. I have been to this location at different times of the day throughout my travels to Houston, and the quality of the donut is really hit or miss depending on the time of day you go. I have had some incredible donuts early in the morning and another time a batch of a half dozen or so that I have had to throw away in the afternoon cause the taste was just not there or they were stale, mostly cause there were stale. Pick and choose your timing for this ace, look behind the cashier and check out the selection they have available. Donuts will always pass the eye test if it’s means to be eaten, so if something is telling you to pass on that sugar crusted donut, you may just want to wait till next time. I have not tried any of the drinks here, but there is a good selection of coffees(apparently really popular) and cold drinks. They do have a display case with some cold drinks ready to go and some donuts pre packed. I know Dunkin Donuts is coming out to the west coast soon, so time will tell if their stand alone locations can make it in a relatively health conscious city like LA. Or if their fate will be that of Krispy Kreme, with huge opening fanfare and then people coming to their senses and not overloading their bodies with donut junk. We shall see!

The boyfriend loves the Eggs Benedict breakfast sandwich; for a healthier option, I would choose the Egg White Flatbreads, which is light and delicious as well. This Dunkin Donuts at the Hobby Airport has pretty good breakfast selections for those starving in the morning while waiting at the gate to get on board!

America runs on dunkin? Not true if you live in California. I was really excited to try dunkin donuts as its been years since I had one. Northern California does not have any dunkin donut shops and when I found myself at Houston Hobby airport, I decided to venture into the shop and try one. Unfortunately, the donuts taste stale. I had a powdered jelly donut and it tasted as it was 2 days old. I still like dunkin donut’s as a brand but this particular venue is not a good place to get donuts. Avoid.

This was the worst Dunkin Donuts experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I live in Colorado, an arid place where there are no Dunkin Donuts. So, we take Dunkin Donuts pretty seriously. We only get Dunkin Donuts three or four times a year, and we usually treasure the experience. Not this time. First off, the setup of this store is not helping the staff serve customers. The counter is at an odd angle and it seems like the staff cannot see customers. That said, the staff at our last visit just plain forgot that we had ordered two large coffee drinks. It was not a busy time, either. We were the only customers at the time aside from a pilot, who seemed to need to remind the staff of his order. We should have heeded the signs. When I returned to the counter to ask about our lost drinks, the drinks were made. I watched an employee dip a stirring spoon into liquid sanitizer, then dip the still heavily-dripping spoon into my husband’s iced coffee. So, of course the coffee tasted like soap. It was one of those times where you know you shouldn’t even taste it, but you taste it anyways and you spit it out. We threw the coffee out right away. If you like coffee that tastes like soap, go here.

What’s up with this place? I mean, every time I go to the airport, I get a hazelnut coffee and at least six donut holes… but when I received a dunkin donut birthday card redeemable for a free coffee — THEYWOULDNOTHONORIT! WTF??? Like there’s another dunkin donuts near me? NO. I grew up on dunkin donuts, so I have a soft spot in my heart for them… or is it a soft spot on my belly as a result of them!!! Regardless, I’d have to say that this location has good coffee, but the donut holes always seem to be less than fresh. Maybe they don’t sell enough, or maybe my 9 am flights are too far out from their donut hole preparation time. But after the birthday card incident, I might start getting my coffee at Peet’s, on the other side of the airport.

Little pumpkin donut is amazing!!! Decent price for breakfast and coffee at the airport. The cashiers were nice and they tried to accomodate the customers

The best coffee in the airport by far. Stay away from the sugary syrups and lattes, just plain black coffee is the best. Don’t think it’s only for donuts– I usually get a very healthy egg white sandwich that lasts well till lunch time. This is fast food, so don’t expect freshly cracked eggs and freshly grated cheese and you will be fine.

Typical airport Dunkin Donuts — Good food, adequate service… everything you need it to be. Had a sausage and cheese on whole grain bagel. It can out in a couple minutes and was hot. Not much more needed as I don’t drink coffee.
