E. Bailey Moore Jr. – State Farm Insurance Agent

I switched over to this State Farm about 2 years ago, and it was a less than thrilling experience. The coverage was good, and the price was good. I also liked that I rolled up my car insurance and renters insurance into one payment. The downside was their office is clueless. I must have tried to set up my account no less than 8 times for auto payment. I am not kidding. They would do well for about 3 months, then all the sudden they would send me a bill saying that my account was due and if I didn’t pay it, I would have no insurance. Once, I was out of the country and came home to three letters saying my insurance would be canceled. No email, no phone call, a letter IN THE MAIL. How many people do their bills by mail anymore? Granted, once I did change my credit card. I called in, and gave them the new card, sure enough the next month, they wanted to know where my payment was. This went on for awhile, before the last time, I had had it. Thankfully, after getting married, I was able to get onto my husbands USAA accountant for less money, and better coverage.
