I’m never going back to this place. They stained a comforter, and it took them two more attempts to fix it. But the worst is how no one there seems to care about the customers or even the business. When I asked about a refund, I got excuses such as «you need to come back when the other girl is here», and «the manager is not here». Dealing with this place is not worth my time.

I was in a hurry and mistook this cleaners for the one on the corner that got good reviews. When I went in I commented about their sign that said $.99 for dry cleaned dress shirts. I had 25 and when I came back to pick up the shirts they tried to charge me $ 43. I didn’t use my calculator but I am pretty sure that was off by a dollar or two. Their response was that they were not all dry cleaned. I don’t see how that the way they clean the shirts with my problem when I asked him to dryclean them. This will be my last trip here.

They do an ok job with the cleaning but are sorely lacking in service. In particular, you can’t be assured that the clothes will be done when they say they will… Mine were not ready on the stated day and there was hardly an apology. On top of that they seem pretty disorganized, completely manual tracking system which is a bit scary … The girl was searching through ALL the clothes one by one to figure out where mine were before realizing that they were not done on time. Great location, but honestly not sure how this place stays open. Go elsewhere! And let me know if you find a better place in the neighborhood.

The cleaning services are really good. And non-​toxic. But a few of the employees are grumpy and sometimes leave early. Or like today, when it is closed during posted hours with a makeshift sign on the door. Many people waited for 40 minutes and left. I really don’t want to go to another cleaner but I may have to. :(I’ll post a photo of the sign.

I have come to this location several times. Although the service is ok. I can not pick up my clothes during posted hours. I came around 12:30pm on a Saturday and found be back in 30 mins which turned to a hr. Another time I came at 2:56pm to have it be closed and employee walking out. Now I have to wait until Monday to pick up. It is inconvenient. Services business is about convenience or they wouldn’t have a market. I will not be returning. For potential customers: Saturday pick ups are not reliable.
