Doctor Edwards seems to be professional and experienced. But when i look for a good doctor, i think that the office overall (office staff and technology) has to get the rating. Thats why i gave it a one star. The office staff does not follow up on calls as promised. Actually, Darlene hanged up on me when i was asking her why she didnt call me as promised. Horrible! I gave them a second chance to call me as promised and they did, but they already lost my trust. Their office equipment is so outdated. When i first came in was shocked how old it was! Will never go there again. They use old style xrays and they are located in the ghetto area of houston! I was scared to leave my car their! Anyway, as i said the doctor is experienced, but the office overall deserves only a rating of two star. It all depends on what you are looking for. I was looking for customer service and professionalism which i didnt find in this office.
