The tow truck drivers for this company have no respect for traffic laws. As I was driving down Westheimer Road this morning, a driver who was sitting at the light ran right through a red light and almost ran into me. Not only did he go excessively over the speed limit, but he also ran every red light he came across. If you have a choice of where to have your car towed. LOOK ELSEWHERE. These drivers are dangerous.

Rant and Rave. My vehicle was involved in a very minor accident while parked on 7÷10÷15. I was advised by Geico to go to Sterling McCall Nissan Collision Center in Stafford because «it would be faster» than going to my favorite Kia dealership. After 4 weeks finally got the car back I had a terrible squeak. Took it back two days later and another 2 weeks later got my car back just to end up with a terrible pop sound every time I turned right. The total after two trips to Sterling McCall was just under $ 5100 in damages and rental fees.
Today I went to Elite Collision Center in Stafford and they had my car on the lift and fixed within 20 minutes (error in reconnecting things after the second alignment). The staff was knowledgeable and super nice. I cannot recommend Elite Collision Center in Stafford enough.
I cannot IMPLORE you enough to stay away from Sterling McCall. The staff is incompetent, has no customer service skills, no desire for wanting to make sure you have a safe vehicle, not to mention — Sterling McCall was the only business I saw on Hwy 59 that did not drop their flag to half staff after Deputy Goforth was killed.

Don’t you dare go to this place !!! manager lie to me about service he did and I speak Spanish and I talked to mechanic and he said they never did it they don’t even have the machines for it

Unfortunately I have been in a handful of accidents and after having my car repaired here Ive never gone anywhere else. They do an excellent job and really take care of their customers. You can’t even tell my cars has been in a collision. I had purchased a new honda about a year ago and noticed the gaps between the fenders and hood were uneven. The dealer said they were high production cars and every one of their accords had the same characteristics. Regardless the dealer tried fixing it a few times and were unsuccessful. Funny, after getting my car back from Elite Collision due to a fender bender, they were able to even out all the gaps and made the car look better than new. The front desk is very helpful and friendly, and the pricing was very competitive. I have nothing negative to say about my experience here. Well done!

I’m knocking off a star because I feel that this place tried to play games with my time. My car got totaled and the wrecker brought it here. The adjuster determined that it was totaled and asked me to release my car to them so I could get my check, and the longer I wait the more they have to pay in storage fees. I called this place and asked if there’s any way I could do it over the phone or by fax, since I live an hour away and I had a feeling my car was totaled anyway so I had previously removed all important items. They told me no, I had to do it in person. When I drove all the way over there, I inquired again why this had to be handled in person. The front desk lady said, «Well, it varies. It’s mostly because we want you to get your stuff from the car.» I had told her yesterday that I had already cleaned out my car. They just wanted the extra day’s pay in storage fees. Don’t play games with my time. Other than the tattooed-​knuckle lady at the front desk, service was pretty nice.

First heard of this place because a drunk driver hit my mom a few days ago and ran off. The tow truck driver that came first was so nice and polite to my mom unlike your stereotypical tow truck man who highly recommended Elite Collision and that Sam will take good care of us and dropped her car off there because this was around 3am. We have close family friends who work at Honda so it was already arranged to sent it to a Honda body shop to have work done to it. But I got some minor stuff done to my car.
You have to turn in to a tiny road, if coming from 59 side, it’s the very first small road to the left where you can see that little green road sign. It’s pretty much right after the 1^st stop light.
The facility is very nice and and more on the high end when it comes to appearance for their garage. When i peeped inside they had many cars in need of body work. They don’t only do body work for wreaked cars, they do everything from simple oil change to changing belts etc etc
I dropped off my car in the morning Monday and received a free loaner car which was a Saturn Ion, (which I know not to buy because the interior is made of cheap plastic). I went to school and they got busy and didn’t get to finish my car (they close at 5pm). My car was finished the next day mid-​afternoon and they included a free car wash with vacuuming (it took about 45min though, I’m assuming it was all by hand), plus there was a lot to vacuum in my car. I would have had to vacuum for an hour myself and they did such a good job with that alone. The car was cleaned by their little mexican helper and when I got back into my car the station was changed to some Spanish music channel filled with those lovely key-​board accordion sounds. lol I also notticed the sound of my lock/​unlock & alarm was different. I am assuming they fixed my auto lock & alarm after 30 seconds feature since it’s really annoying. I would go on to explain how annoying it is but that would be too irrelevant.
