enTrust Immediate Care was started in response to the increasing demand for quality medical care that is prompt, convenient and affordable. enTrust is prepared to treat 75% to 80% of the cases that typically are seen in emergency medical facilities. However, long waiting times and exorbitant costs are eliminated. Physicians at enTrust Immediate Care are Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and/​or Family Medicine.

Front desk staff are a bunch of mindless zombies who would rather be eating brains than helping patients. However the doctor was an absolute joy. Really had me laughing early in the morning before work and gave me proper advice and a good regimen. Would return for the actual doctor regardless of the underwhelming admin staff.

Went in with an injured finger without calling ahead or scheduling any appointment. Walked in, filled out some paperwork, and was called to the back minutes later. The doctor saw me, got me x-​rays, and less than 30 minutes later, I was out of there with a copy of my x-​rays on a CD. Consultation and x-​rays were about $ 100, which seems reasonable to me.
One thing for anyone with a leg, foot, hand, or arm injury: I’d recommend just seeing a specialist to begin with. I got my x-​rays and the doctor gave me vague generalizations on the timetable and what I could/​could not do, and he even recommended that I go see a hand specialist to follow up in a couple weeks. There’s a limit to what urgent/​immediate care facilities can do, so I’d recommend going straight to the specialist (unless you need emergency care) and hear it straight from the horse’s mouth, rather than go through and pay for multiple visits.

Website isn’t updated and they don’t seem to care to update it. This is really dissapointing as they advertised an affordable option. I am sure this is a tactic to get people in the door and then blast them with fees. They also have outrageously expensive radiology fees.

We came here on a weekend and we were very impressed. No appointment was needed to come in. There was no wait to see the dr, paperwork was quick, and it was very clean and new. We will be back again if we need to see a dr after hours or on weekends.

Paramedic Review– Dr. Brown and his staff are awesome! Great job and thank you for treating me. I have been sick for the past 5 days (Paramedic can be a little stubborn when it comes to their own healthcare) and at the 5 day mark I thought I was going to start getting better. I had a terrible night with no sleep. Dr. Brown saw me with in 12 mins from walking in the door.(mostly waiting on me to finish the new patient paperwork).
Diagnosis– influenza with some possibly rt lower lung congestion.
Medications– tamiflu, augmentin and cough syrup with codeine (to take the aches and pains away and help with sleep).
Just woke up from sleeping 7 hrs and I’m already starting to feel better.
Thank you Dr. Brown awesome job!!. I will pass big Memorial ER from now on and come see you. Service is AAA+++

I have been to this location a few times when my regular doctor is booked and I need to be treated urgently. The first couple of times it has been with Dr. Guoxiang He, M.D. and he was very personable and professional. Next was Dr. Paul R. Torre, M.D. who was just as personable and went above and beyond in treatment. Also their prices are fairly reasonable especially compared to the RediClinic within the H.E.B. around the corner. EnTrust is literally half the price and also a little more private/​less invasive too when it comes to the waiting area (main walkway of store as everyone walks by and looks vs professional style Dr.‘s office waiting room). I highly recommend this establishment, especially if your primary doctor is unavailable and you cannot wait, this place is the next best thing.

Dr. He at Entrust has treated every person in my family with great knowledge and care. In his case, age means wisdom. I’m not a fan of doctors because I have been to many incompetent ones over the years so I feel pretty lucky to have run into him. He is the guy to go to skin issues, female problems, bumps and fevers! You won’t be sorry if you work with him. My husband works so much that he can’t make doctor’s appointments during regular hours so nights or weekends are great. We have even chosen to see him instead of taking our Toddler to the ER to see what he would say and in both instances he treated him and ER was not necessary, so if a child needs quick non-​emergency treatment, try here first. He cannot treat babies under a certain age though, so will refer them to the ER if they have a fever, etc that can’t wait for a regular doc. The hours are great at this facility too. Most days are 8 – 8 but not sure of weekends. Facility is clean too! Staff is capable but some days are more friendly than others.

The staff at Entrust are phenomenal! I went in with horrible food poisoning and they took care of me right away. I was in and out in less than an hour. The staff was very professional and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this business to anyone who gets sick at odd hours and can’t go see their usual doctor.

Clinic is clean and well maintained. Check in was quick and only had to wait a few minutes to see the doctor. Dr Torre had a good sense of humor and personable. I came in for food poisoning and he gave me meds which made me feel better right away. I prefer this over the walgreens clinic. Also I received a card in the mail from the clinic hoping I had a speedy recovery and thanking me for choosing their clinic and signed by their staff. I thought that was a nice personal touch.

The convenience of this place just can’t be beat. We can get in and out in 30 minutes usually, and we get to see a real doctor. More than that, Dr He is pretty fantastic and very knowledgeable. His staff is great. As one reviewer noted, Dr He doesn’t spend a whole lot of time with the patients, but he doesn’t really need to. He just takes a look, notes what’s wrong, and gives a diagnosis. He is extremely efficient with both his time and yours, and it’s part of why his clinic operates so well.
The waiting room is huge, also. Unlike the small closet at the grocery store clinic, where everyone is breathing germs all over each other, this waiting room is spacious and airy, with comfortable faux leather chairs. The patient rooms are a bit small, but functional.
I especially appreciate that we get to see a real doctor. At the grocery store clinic nearby, we only got to see a nurse. Nurses and PAs are great and can be very knowledgeable, but when my kids have bronchitis, I’d really rather they be seen by a real doctor.

I’m happy I found this place open at 7pm after twisting my ankle during a bootcamp session. It was exactly what expected as a Urgent Care clinic, walk in, get treated, and walk out. I saw Dr. Alondra Gutierrez who was very relaxed, down to earth, and provided very personalized atmosphere. She ordered an x-​ray and went through the images with me in the office. She explained there was no fracture and likely just a sprain. She even personally called 2 days later to give me my an official radiology report. I’m very impressed with the efficiency and quality of care that was given to me. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone.

I wish they had a zero star… My first and last time to go there. I had blood work done a week ago and still didn’t get my result the lady took my blood had booth of my arms bleeding because she couldn’t even do a simple job of just with drawing blood my arms still hurts even after a week.

I made an appointment online. I got an email confirming the appointment and stating I would be called an hour before the appointment time. When no one called, I called the facility and they had no record of any appointment. What a huge waste of time! I will not be using them again.

Do not go here please I beg of you. Other reviews must be friends of the doctors. He sees you for four minutes and thinks he knows more than your doctor of 25 years. Rainy day only one other person there still waited 30 minutes. To be nice he was «## ###### curt“ms?. Then lalked about his employees about me which I could see though the mirrored window. See for yourself.

I’ve been here twice now. Both times were on a Saturday, and there was no wait, and the staff was good. Particularly Dr. Q. He. He was very patient and listened well, and he really seemed to care. I was having bad allergies, sore throat, and swollen sinuses. He not only wrote the scripts but also explained clearly what each was for.

I went on a Sunday morning at 9am with my daughter who had a sports injury. Check in was fast, the waiting area very comfortable and the paperwork wasn’t very long. There was one other patient there at the time.
They take my insurance which was great — did all the filing and paperwork for me. Reception was very pleasant and efficient. The nurse was fine, not distinguished in a good or bad way, but followed correct protocol at all times. The Dr was very good — easy to talk with, clear with his response and diagnosis. He offered an xray if we wanted it, but told us the pros and cons. We did take the xray and he quickly got it to us on CD so we can reference it later. He also was clear about what he could do to help, and where he wasn’t able to help and we needed an orthopedic doctor. Gave us prescriptions that we needed (though they don’t call them in for you). It was exactly the help i needed to bridge the time until I can get my daughter to her orthopedist.
We were literally in and out in 45 minutes. Five stars for me would be if the nurse were a bit easier to speak with, and if they called in prescriptions. But I will return to enTrust if I need urgent care again.

This urgent care clinic is the best. Not only do they accept my insurance but they’re are comparable in price to me seeing my regular GP. I never have to wait when I go there but even if you do and get there during a busy time, the chairs are leather and very cushy and they have a TV in the waiting room. Once you’re in the system you don’t have to do anything the next time except tell them your name.
The doctor is amazing. I wish more doctors were like him. He is so sweet, kind, patient, understanding and really listens to his patients. He also is very aware of people becoming immune to antibiotics so he won’t prescribe the same one within a three month period. He asks the patient if they want a shot instead of pills (the shot works quicker) but is honest and tells them that it will be painful. He also asks if they want something else like pain relief. He doesn’t push anything and is sympathetic. He also remembers patients even if they haven’t been there in many months.
I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m so glad enTrust Immediate Care is open on the weekends when I seem to need them most. No appointment necessary. Thank you enTrust!
