This store’s website claims it carries organic produce. In actuality, it carries no produce, whatsoever. Don’t waste your time.

So, this place has nothing. Went in for a gallon of milk and was greeted by 2⁄3 empty shelves. No milk in sight. Pathetic. Go to Phoenicia for gourmet groceries downtown. The sooner this place dies a natural death, the better.

I love this place. Way convenient. Amazing and badly needed mini-highish end grocery place. They make good sandwiches and sell low cal prepared food. A life saver if you live in EaDo.

A sorely needed addition to the East End! Finally!!! This is a mini grocery store with beer, wine, some produce, packaged and frozen food, cleaning products, etc. It’s not the place for your big grocery shopping, but it is great for quick stops when in the neighborhood and it is not expensive. There is a lot of room for growth and improvement, they appear to have a large empty area ready for a deli, but I think they just opened a few months ago so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and give them 4 stars. Hopefully, they keep up the good work and continue to build and fill up with a bigger selection of goods at good prices, fresh produce, continue with the preprepared foods section from local vendors, etc.

Express? Yes. Epicurean? No. To be clear, this is not like revival or the new place going up in River Oaks. This is a very clean, safe convenience store in an otherwise still somewhat sketchy area to buy booze for example. Unless you live in the apartments across from Lucky’s, can’t see a reason to go there.
