Franklin’s Unique Touch

After multiple attempts to contact other contractors, I saw David S’s review of Franklin’s Unique Touch. One call to Franklin’s and Isaac answered! We instantly connected over the phone as he was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He arrived the next day, inspected the project, and gave me a very reasonable quote.
Isaac and his team arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job. Each and everyone of the workers I encountered were just as kind and competent as Isaac. They made me feel like my little project was their top priority.
I highly recommend Franklin’s Unique Touch for plumbing, fencing, structural repairs and painting. Great folks, great price, great work!

If you are like me, the word contractor makes you cringe. Maybe it’s because you had a bad experience on a home renovation project or maybe it’s because you realize you have no idea what you are doing when it comes to home maintenance and repair.
Franklin’s was the most worry-​free experience I have had. Franklin’s came recommended from a relative and I am glad we followed through. We had received several estimates from other companies, but Franklin’s came through with an estimate that was less than half of the other guys. They are licensed and bonded, and quite professional. Isaac was quick to return our call and inspect the job. Within a week, he and his crew had completed the job, spotted some much needed extras, and taken exceeded all of our expectations. Isaac and his team were friendly and had great attention to detail. They made us feel like our job (which was rather small) was the most important project on their roster.
I recommend Franklin’s to anyone in need of paint, roofing, and other home projects.
