I bought a truck from them and it was supposed to be shipped to me in MA. Never was and I waited two weeks then flew to TX to drive back myself. I’ve been waiting for my registration and plates for 7 weeks and have been given the run around by Brandy and Jose both of who have promised to call me back and I have to constantly call them. I’ve still yet to receive my plates and will be sidelined in 2 days with expired temp tag. Real scam artists and horrible customer service. Stay away from this place

If I could give less than one star I would. These people are crooks! They make you come and sit for hours and show you all the cars that you don’t want and tell you that the car you saw on their website is already gone, but they don’t tell you that before you come. Then if you find a car you like they lie to the finance company to get your deal done but when the finance company calls you, your in the dark as to what was said to the finance company. THEN DO NOT PAY YOUR DOWN PAYMENT BY DEBIT CARD… They will charge your card for whatever they can pull out of your account (yes multiple small withdrawals until your account is empty), when you call fusion autoolex no one is going to know who did it and if you dispute with your bank, they (fusion autoplex) will dispute nonpayment with your bank in order to keep the money. You can call until your blue in the face they will not give you your money back and the bank (sorry butt bank of America that don’t back up their customers) will say that since you were doing business with fusion autoplex and fusion supplied information related to the charges they have to pay it. So then your left with an empty account and a fraudulent car lot that steals money from customers and gets away with it.

This is the best selection of high-​end used cars that I have ever seen at a dealership. They have such a wide range of SUV’s, trucks, sports cars, and foreign and domestic cars.
