Hate the food here. I only come to family get togethers. Had one tonight. 30 weeks pregnant not even 30 minutes after eating I am so sick I don’t know how I’m going to make it through the night.

1 stars because it’s unsanitary here. We were sitting next to a table that still had plates of food there the whole night. The waiter or whomever didn’t bother to clean it. A little annoying sitting next to a table like that while you’re eating. I was not a fan of their choices of food. Not a lot of variety, don’t think I would come back. Also the waiter was not welcoming, look like he didn’t want any tips.

Today my family was so looking forward to going to eat with the our kids that loved, loved, loved The Horchata that is no longer sold here. My 4 year old was sing her own song about how much she loves the The Golding Corral Horchata and how the cup with the fruit and vegetable jokes. What a let down to the little ones who couldn’t wait to go… We will come back when the Horchata is back

I never really Unilocal fast food joints bc you know, it’s a fast food joint, I don’t expect much. I been here many times before since I live down street but nothing ever bad or spectacular ever happen for me to leave a compliment or complaint. But today, I gotta say the manager in training Elany, went out of his way to satisfy his customers. I noticed that he literally was cooking up some bacon for a customer behind me bc the cooked ones on the counter was not all that great… And when I asked him to cook me up some dark meat fried chicken and with no hesitation he told me it’ll be done 15 minutes and he even gave me a plate to my table. Now that’s what I call personal service!

Plates stacked as clean some are actually dirty. Dessert bar unclean and cross contaminated. Management is either unaware or just doesn’t care. How can you see something unkept and just ignore it.

My family and I love visiting Golden Corral and actually look forward to it. It allows us to try different items without just being out of the money if we don’t like it. We turn it into a tasting event and always try something new when we go. If we like it, then there’s one extra recipe we can make at home or something we can order on the menu somewhere else and not regret it. I think it’s very lame that you can’t get your own straws. The servers come to the table once you’re seated and will request your receipt. After showing it, they give you the straws. It can be a hassle because sometimes you have to wait quite a bit for the servers to come around. Maybe they’ve had a probably with people sneaking in and are using this method to validate the buffet purchase. Idk. Every single time my family has gone close to closing, my son has gotten his meal for free. My youngest one is always free because of his age, but they don’t charge for the older one. We both got a free buffet when we arrived about an hour or so before closing. I guess it makes since because they would have to throw all that food away, right? The food is amazing. Some things you like, some you don’t. Typical, of course, but the things you like, you REALLY like. The people manning the food service areas are always a joy. I can’t say the same about the servers. We go about every other month, and I always have an issue with them clearly the tables in a timely manner and/or waiting for the straws.

This place is one of the newer golden corrals. This place is VERYDIRTY. Not enough staff to pick up dirty plates from people no longer at there tables and to pick up food off the floor. There was huge amounts of food of the floor not being picked up and one one the older ladies that work there complaining about bad management and always under staff. I will never come here again all though the food was good I couldn’t enjoy eating it cause all the mess made me loose my appetite

There were several dirty dishes, dirty utensils and dirty bathrooms. The dishes were still wet, sticky, and/or still had food on them. The utensils were the same. Some looked as if the staff hadn’t even attempted to clean them at all. Although, the quality of the food was good, fresh food should always be available instead of scraps and cold ones. Children should be accompanied by their parents to the buffet because I have witnessed multiple kids dipping their fingers into the chocolate fountain and other desserts instead of using tongs or sticks. Ive been coming here for a while on occasion. At first everything was fine. After tonight, I definitely wont be back.

I wanted some American buffet tonight. .food was ok, dessert was endless… this side side of town could be risky .the crowd in the restaurant is not where you want to come by yourself…

Went here with my extended family for thanksgiving. While I applaud them for having a good selection of food, their blueberry pie tasted too sweet and more like it was warmed up in the microwave.

I have been to this location twice in the last few months. Today is the last time. There was food everywhere but at the buffet tables. I had to go through 4 – 5 forks before finding one without food on it. Most of the plates were either grimy or gross. While our server tried, she was one person watching an area way to big for her. Water was refilled once, plates were cleared once. There are dirty tables everywhere and there are waitresses just sitting on their cellphones. Most of the food was dried out or never refilled. I am highly disappointed that this place was allowed to carry on like this over the spam of months.

Given the reviews, was expecting to really dislike this place. Even told BF whose avid idea it was to come here, don’t get upset with me when I don’t like this restaurant. Okay. It was far better than I was anticipating. Granted, I walked by a lot of items that didn’t interest me, but I found quite a few things that were decidedly palatable. And there was a huge selection of items on the buffet. Really. Was planning on only eating vegetables, those are hard to mess up. I did get a lot of those — Brussels sprouts, cabbage, corn on the cob, broccoli, cauliflower, stewed okra. But they had like 3 different kinds of grilled chicken — missed the Mexican chicken because it was cooking when I walked by and I did want to try that. Also was checking out the steak on the grill cooking when a guy walks by, gruffly opines: «10 minutes until the steak is done» then as an afterthought goes«unless you want it rare.» I said, «Yes please» and to my surprise, he gave me a piece. It wasn’t bad. Certainly edible and perfectly cooked medium rare. Also snagged the orange chicken and bourbon chicken from the Asian station, both those were pretty good. Eschewed the desserts except for some jello and scooped ice cream and fresh melon off the salad bar. Would rank this 2.5 to 3 stars for the average food, the average venue, the average clientele, but gets bumped to 4 for the exceptional value received. It’s not gourmet food by any means but it might satisfy you in a pinch.

I’m embarrassed to admit I came here. I’ve been to third world countries and ate better than what this joke of a place offers. Rubbery fried cat fish, fake ground meat, chewy /stale bread, bland basics,(Rice, beans, veggies etc) they even mess up guacamole or the guacamole is not real either. Everything I tried was bad, and I was hungry on top of that. The best part of the meal was the water and the worst was the $ 10 I spent. Do your body a huge favor and go somewhere that serves real food. This place serves garbage. GARBAGE!!!

5÷6÷15 Thought it would be a good idea to come for lunch. what a bad idea. the food selection sucks. the waitresses seem to be dragging butt when i asked for a drink refill. At some point when we asked for a coffee, we asked if it was regular or decaf, the waitress replied«this is all we got».ok! Well… alright. The location is in a good area but the attitude of the staff needs to get better ASAP.

I Unilocaled all the Golden Corrals in the area, so I went in with no false expectations. I was prepared for the worst before I went. All I can say is WOW. From the front to the back this Golden Corral is dirty. The reason I know it’s dirty is because I LOOKED. This Golden Corral looks like one of those places you go when you go to your dirty cousin’s house. You know what I mean, that cousin we all have whose daddy was the Crazy Uncle who grew up and didn’t learn how to clean the house. Well, this particular Golden Corral is like going to eat at your dirty cousin’s house. I can’t put it no plainer than that. Will I go again? I don’t know. I have a soft spot for Golden Corral, but I don’t know if it’s that soft that I’d go again. I don’t know. The urge to go might overtake me and you might see me there grubbing. Golden Corral could be making a fortune if they just kept this place clean. The service is decent. I refilled my own drinks TWICE. Some lone waitress came through who I guess was supposed to serve the beverages came to my table, waited for me to finish saying my grace, threw two straws at me, then ran off. The serving waitress was very nice, however. The buffet is low-grade decent only because of the ribs, steak and fried fish. Those were good. The rest of the buffet is so dirty, I was afraid to pick the food up and put it on my plate to eat it. The bread was either bland and hard or tough and flavorless, which is basically the same thing as bland and almost unchewable. I noticed that kids kept going to the buffet unattended and dropping food everywhere. Every so often, someone would announce over a speaker that«folks needed to come get their kids from the food bar who were unattended. No kids under 10 needed to come to the food bar unattended.» Nobody moved from their seats. Lol. This is the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. I have never seen so much rubbish on a floor of an eating establishment. The table I chose to sit at was already nasty on the floor beneath the table. Nobody came to sweep. I literally ate in the equivalent of a small dumpster. It was so dirty, I put my purse on the table top instead of beside me on my seat. It was that dirty. Every section was dirty. From the door this place was dirty. The manager stood by the dishwasher door looking loster than a mug. I didn’t say more lost, I said loster. Because he was looking just that lost. Lol. The salad bar was dirty. The meat section was dirty. The silverware wasn’t dirty but the place that was holding the silverware was. The whole floor was dirty. I didn’t go near the desserts. I just didn’t. I was too full of fried fish, steak and baked potato.

First off all everyone is entitled to their own opinion but that«Harsh D» guy sounds like a douche bag. Anyways, the service was awesome, the lady gave me two drinks of dr pepper when i asked for some, then there was lots of space to choose where to sit, and soo many different variety of food to go through. And the steak was very very good, i asked for well done and medium rare and i was surprised both were soo good! Not only did the kids love the food here but so did my boyfriend. I recommend this place to anyone that has never been to a Golden Corral before, you will not be disappointed.
