I contacted Houston PC Services a couple weeks back with a rush job for a custom computer build. Stephen did an awesome job understanding what my needs were and was able to deliver a flawless end product. Customer service far exceeded my expectations and communication was fantastic. Stephen was timely and came to pick up everything from ME. Throughout the process he stayed in communication and when a small problem arose he explained it to me thoroughly and already had a solution lined up — talk about mitigating any potential stress! The build was completed and delivered with a smile. This was a simple job considering their capabilities but they made me feel like I was #1 priority. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend Houston PC Services.
