We went to the I Bar and Grill several months ago and their hamburgers were terrific!!! Last month, however, we decided to go there as we had company from out of state that wanted a good hamburger. OMG! The name had changed and when we walked in, it was obvious that the name wasn’t the only thing different. The waiter could not understand English and could not comprehend that we wanted beer. He kept asking if we wanted double meat, double cheese. Never understood that we were placing a drink order. We left embarrassed that we brought our guests there at all. Unless you want something along the lines of Phở or other Vietnamese cuisine, stay away from this place.

Try this place twice since they open, disappointing both time. I had such high hope for them since it’s only a couple minutes from me. Ordered peel and eat shrimps and they are far from fresh, not yet spoiled but stick to shell breaking apart kind. Two of wings in the order were burn, not sure how that’s possible. Fires were hard and cold. It was a take out order but I’m only a couple min out. Not sure if dine in will improve the quality, very doubtful. I don’t like giving bad review but this place it’s a major let down :(

Ummm… yeah. Would pass this place up all the time & wonder. Little did I know what I was passing up. 1st: this is NOT the swanky, downtown, upscale place. No it’s not huge, no it’s prob not the best spot to pick up chics, no it’s not full of oil tycoons… but who gives a crap!!! 1st time I walked in I was greeted by the staff & w/a smile & a freebie(granted this might be bc I’m a chic lol). My 2nd&3rd time back was treated like I’d been there all along. They’ve got a pool table & big screens to watch the games. But when I say they have the most AMAZING Phở EVERRRRR!!! OMG! I wouldn’ve never guessed this place had Phở… true authentic Phở at that! I’ve had their Phở Bo Vien & Phở Bo Vien Tai. This is the real deal Hollified! Not that instant mix or fake broth stuff a lot of places use. The Vietnamese eggrolls are killer!!! Like I wanted to kiss the owner’s wife! They’re the best I’ve ever had hands down. They also have burgers, tacos, nachos, etc. if you’re not in to Phở. I’m hooked… will prob end up there again tonight. Which may look a little stalkerish considering the 2nd&3rd time I mentioned before… happened earlier this week! I plan to try out their entire menu before the year is up! ;-)
