Probably the worst service I have ever had at an IHOP. Hostess first tried to sit us down at a dirty table and cover up the mess with the menus. We had to ask some one to come and clean the table. Next no one came to take our order after 15 min of waiting I got up to remind the hostess that we were there. Eventually the only waitress who seemed to care(Maria) came over to save the day. I don’t even think we were her table. I also noticed she was the only one taking care Of every other customer who seemed annoyed with the service they were receiving. Won’t Come back to this IHOP again

Went to iHOP around 9:00 ish with my friend. We sat down and got greeted by our waiter. He asked us what we wanted to drink and let us have our time to look at the menu. He came back with the drinks and we were ready to order. His name was John! He was an awesome waiter! He was really funny and provided really good service! I was having a bad week and he gave off this positive vibe! I even told my friend about my experience and he was super glad my whole mood changed. I tried the bacon omelette and it was good! I was satisfied with the cheese inside because it was really good! I don’t know how to explain it but I was very happy and impressed by the service!

This place sucks. The orders came out wrong, the kids plate which consisted of pancakes came out after all the other meals. They weren’t too happy that the sandwich was sent back because the bread wasn’t toasted. Our waitress didn’t check on us once, never had a drink refill. Service is beyond slow, not only was the food wrong, but it also took forever.

I’ve come here for brinner several times. the restaurant is always dead; not sure how to take that because I’ve never been disappointed with my meal. there’s been several occasions where there isn’t a hostess or cashier at the front and still waited a while to be seated even though there are no customers either and I’ve even left because no one was there to seat me. other than that, I still go back because the staff is always friendly… when they’re there ;)

I have been to the IHOP several times because I used to live very close to it in the concord at gulfgate apartments. The food here is usually ok but the service makes up for it. I mean the employees are really nice be seem to enjoy their job. I tip every time I come here because they truly deserve it.

I visit this place whenever I’m really craving pancakes but that’s about it. It’s always empty when I go(weekdays around 1:30). The staff is always friendly and service is quick. I’ve never experienced a dirty spoon or bad food unlike other people have. They always make my food just right and are quick to fix any little mistakes. I love visiting this one unlike other Ihops that are just plain disgusting.

The food portion was way smaller than advertised. The price did not match the value of what I got. Very disappointed.

Don’t come to this location unless you speak fluent Spanish. We got here and it felt like forever before our presence was noticed. We got seated and our drink order taken straight away. Then we sat and sat and sat. The group that got seated after us ordered their drinks then were able to order their food and got their food while we were still waiting looking on as they ate while we waited for our waitress to come back. What I noticed was the other table speaking Spanish to the waitress and all the other tables getting attention while we were ignored. We finally got our food but everyone that came after is leaving or almost done. The waitresses were short and rude with their replies. I understand having a hard day on your feet but no need to take it out on the diners. I asked about redeeming a coupon but since the incorrect location was listed my coupon was denied. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to come explain why the coupon could not be honored. Why do the coupons have to be location based? I miss the other waitresses that were nice and checked on you often. These waitresses need to have a performance review. The food was ok.

I give it one star because they don’t have an option of zero stars, I waited 40 minutes to get seated when the restaurant was half empty, then I waited another 15 minutes for some one to take the order and no one came, I walked out and no one even notice! The people next to us waited an hour to be seated and an hour for their food, IHOP is not worth a 2 hr wait

Horrible place! The food inspector needs to come visit this location immediately! I was served RANCID French fries. From the surprise I threw it across the table when I bit into it. My sister gagged once she smelled it. The manager? Not empathetic she actually said she was going to look for the fry and was laughing as she left our table. Horrible. Not planning on ever returning.

Food was presentable. Cleanliness of restaurant was acceptable. I had the Double BLT with onion rings. Everything was cooked like it should be and tasted ok. My kids had pancakes and french toast, both with strawberries and bananas, with bacon and sausage along with hash browns. Both again served hot and good. One daughter had a Dr. Pepper that was flat, but the waitress fixed that almost immediately. I think the only downfalls were that the prices have skyrocketed since my last visit just after they opened and that the waitress didn’t tend to us as much as she could have. Otherwise, I was very happy with this visit.

The service is not great. It seems like no one there really cares about making their customers happy. But If you’re going just for the food(like I did) it’s still just as great as any other IHOP.

I called to place a Togo order in route and was placed on hold. I hung up and called back and was placed on hold again. I hung up when I was about two mins from the place I figured they were busy. As I walk it, it wasn’t too busy, the servers were hanging out by the kitchen just hanging out. I waited about 5mins for someone to come help me. 20 mins later I’m still waiting for my order, I don’t understand the slow careless service when the place isn’t busy.

It was a late night driving home and I knew nothing would be open. I had just gotten off work from my waitress job and I was hungry. Usually I get food from my own restaurant, but I forgot to put in my order before the cooks shut down. Anyway I saw the IHOP sign and decided to try it. I am a vegetarian so I can eat eggs — but no meat. It actually wasn’t that hard to find vegetarian friendly items on their menu. They have lots of meatless items. I had to ask if it was cooked in any fat, animal grease, or lard and they waiter assured me that it was not. Hopefully he is correct and not lying to make a sale. I got some egg whites and of course a pancake. It was good, it was filling, it was just what I needed. I gave him a good tip and I went on my way. IHOP is by no means a 5 star restaurant, but it is great for late nights, dessert meals(pancakes, french toast, and waffles), and they will give you hearty portions. This location had very friendly staff as well!

I had already told my husband to not go to this place and he end it up taking us there worst service ever I knew we should have stayed away from this place forever and trust me now I will first food took forever to come to the table when we finally got it pancakes were cold and then my order was wrong after my food was corrected I was going to put syrup on my French roast and when I did there was water leaking out of the small syrup jar and got on my food so I was not about to eat it like that so they took the whole plate and when they came back with it French toast and ham were hot but my eggs were so cold so I guess they didn’t redo the food so when I called for manager to tell her that I wasn’t going to eat that food to just take it off my bill and seriously they should train their managers better I believe my 13 years would give better costumer service this lady didn’t even care she didn’t even asked me if I wanted to order something else yours supposed to make sure your costumers have a good experience but she just didn’t care !!! So my advice is STAYAWAY !!! I know I will !!! PS: not the first time that I receiver a bad service there !!!

Some lady manager is so mean and rude! Last time I’ll be eating here and it was my birthday! Our Waitress was way nicer! But I won’t spend my money here anymore I rather go to TelWink or Dots because it is cheaper and they give you more food anyway. Sorry I use to love ihop but after that Incident that was it.

Run of the mill IHOP here. The food is a bit on the salty side and the service is a bit on the slow side. Lot’s of people watching to be done here. I got the healthy spinach and mushroom omelet with a side of hash browns. Everything came out exactly as I ordered it. It’s almost scary how consistent IHOPs can be from restaurant to restaurant, even over state lines. The omelet was tasty, the mushrooms and spinach were cooked right. It could have used more cheese, but then it wouldn’t have been very healthy, would it? The hash browns were good and completely cookie-cutter. The omelet came with a fruit cup with surprisingly fresh fruit. The service was weird, the waitresses couldn’t figure out who was serving us but not to the point of it affecting our meal. The final waitress looked like your typical roadside diner waitress — didn’t smile, didn’t make pleasantries, didn’t really care to do anything extra but did the average amount of work pretty well. The place was packed so the kitchen turned out food slow, so expect this. The prices are a little higher than I would like to pay for average diner food. There’s lots of parking. It’s a pain in the a to get to unless you happened to take the right roads. If you’re following a GPS(IOS and Android confirmed) be prepared for some wonky directions that try to take you down feeder roads that aren’t there, swing some 2 mile detour u-turn on the freeway that is completely useless if you go straight at the light instead. Fun stuff like that. Overall, average experience, but will go back.
