First time visiting and it was the worst visit ever. My usual nail salon closed early so this was an emergency visit. The lady that did my nails actually sat there and argued with me over my request. Did not do what I requested. She did not file my nails down, she did not smooth them out. I was livid As I’m getting ready to pay for the horrendous nail job she actually asked for a tip! I explained in great detail why I would not be giving her a tip, she in turn turned around to the twenty some workers and they all at the same time started talking in their language and giving me dirty looks. Needless to say I will never go back, nor do I recommend this nail salon unless you want a horrible nail job and for them to be unprofessional and talk about you in a different language.

I wrote my previous review for another Houston nails and facial shop but was unable To delete it. I have not visited this location But had to write something to replace my prior critical review of another location Sorry for any confusion. My stars are based On the average prior to my edited mistaken review

Not really happy with this place, they rush too much and don’t do a good job. Another thing is that the workers are allowed to speak Vietnamese while working on you and I think that’s pretty rude. I prefer Bora bora because it’s more relaxing.

I use to come here all the time until they moved into their«sweat shop» like newer suite. I went in once and was basically herded through like a cow going to slaughter. I didn’t even stay. The guy at the desk was rude and had food out all over the desk area. When they were 2 locations inside the mall the atmosphere was so much more relaxed and nice. Now since they crammed 2 businesses into 1 it is pretty awful. I’d never had a bad experience prior to this. Now it is like the Walmart of nail salons. Not the type of environment I want when I am trying to relax and get my toes done.

They are good but the wait is forever unless you go on week days! Also sometimes they have little girls working the front that don’t know what they are doing and don’t speak ANY English!

Image nails actually is my top place to get a pedicure. They do a pretty good job on waxing but be sure you are direct and clear with what you want otherwise you will get the same eyebrows as the technician. They are usually busy but they move quickly. The quality of pedicure i get there is bar none. Im sorry im not getting a pedicure to have someone massage lotion into my legs, they are maintaining my feet and they do a fantastic job of it. Be warned this does include pain they are ruthless at making your feet look the best they can and they will shape and cut and trim and poke until the mission is accomplished. My toes leave image nails feeling brand new.

there are two image nails in the mall. this is the one by dillards and visible changes. if you go there go to laura. she has been doing my acrilic nails and she is very gentle. ive been to places before where they cut you all up, not laura. she is very pleasant and has a very sweet spirit about her. i always want crazy stuff done and she never overcharges me for it. i definately recommend her if you are looking for a new nail lady. my nails always look amazing when i leave and i get so many compliments! thanks laura! book an appt instead of just walking in though because she has been there for a long time, atleast 5 years so she has a big clientel

Here’s the deal. They’re fast and cheap. Do they do the best job? No. But it’s acceptable and if you’re in a pinch, it works. Do they match high end nail salons? Absolutely not. They are in a mall…

There are two Image Nails in Memorial City. This is the one on the Dillard’s end(by Sharper Image). This is your basic nail shop in the mall. They do a good pedicure that is reasonably priced($ 18). They are friendly and get you out the door in a reasonable amount of time. If you are going for the«spa» experience, I would skip this place. They have a couple of different treatments, do a decent eyebrow wax and a good mani/pedi, but this is your everyday nail place, not the«I just broke up with my boyfriend and I want to be pampered» place. If you go ask for Kim. No I don’t work there, the OTHER Kim.
