Words are inadequate to express the disappoint that I continually experience with this company.
I have paid $ 2k for EMATRIX, Velashape and skin tightening 6 months ago, to date I have not completed the treatments.
No one returns phone calls, it’s like they are hiding from their clients.
Now, this is the company who supposedly bought the bankrupt American Laser Company.
It’s my belief that they are the same company trying to disguise themselves under another name.
If it quacks like a duck, walks like a duck, and acts like a duck, it IS a duck! !!!
This is the worst company I’ve ever encountered
Advice — RUN Don’t WALK from this place! !

I’m pretty disappointed. I had an appointment scheduled for today Saturday at 12pm and I show up and no one is here. The sad thing is they call me to confirm my appointment earlier this week. I’m hoping nothing happened to the person that was suppose to open but if they completely forgot about my appointment then I’m extremely disappointed. Their normal business hours in Saturday’s are from 9am-​3pm.
