Dr. Jackie St. Cyr began her career serving as a chiropractic assistant. With confidence in her healing touch, a dream & desire to serve more, she entered the Parker College of Chiropractic & received her Chiropractic license in 1995. Dr. Jackie founded the Innate Chiropractic Healing Arts Center, offering a variety of gentle healing modalities for body, mind & spirit.

Business Owner

Dr. Jackie St. Cyr began her career in the chiropractic profession serving as a chiropractic assistant from 1980 – 1992. Her main focus and love was the direct «hands-​on» experience of working with patients to heal their body and their life. In 1982, she attended her first Parker Chiropractic Success Seminar where she was inspired by the passion and philosophy taught by Dr. John Demartini and she decided to become a Chiropractor.

With confidence in her healing touch, a dream and desire to serve more, she entered the Parker College of Chiropractic, Dallas, TX, in January of 1992. She excelled and graduated from Parker and established the Innate Chiropractic Healing Arts Center in 1995.

Dr. Jackie’s care incorporates a «full-​spine, whole-​person» approach utilizing Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) Chiropractic and Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI). Studying under Dr. Donald Epstein, she has achieved both Basic & Advanced Certification in Network Spinal Analysis Chiropractic.

Dr. Jackie and I originally met in the mid 90’s. I was a runner at that time training for my first marathon. Unfortunately, an injury stopped me from achieving this goal. I completed a ten mile run and had pain in my hip. I was referred to Dr. Jackie by her sister and, after completing an analysis, she shared with me that the problem was generated by my feet. Turns out, my arches had fallen and I was in need of orthotics to support the arch.
Now a cyclist and yogi, about two years ago I was experiencing significant pain in my left shoulder. I returned to Dr. Jackie and started network chiropractic to correct my significant head forward posture and heal the nervous system and the spine. Today I am happy to report I am not experiencing pain, my spinal alignment is significantly improved, and I have a consistent practice of care that includes visits to Dr. Jackie to maintain my health.
I especially enjoy the healing environment Dr. Jackie provides and the hugs! I highly recommend Dr. Jackie and Innate Chiropractic to bring good health to your life. This is an interactive approach to chiropractic that helps the body heal itself.

I started seeing Dr. Jackie St Cyr at the end of May 2015. When I arrived I was in excruciating pain. I had severe nerve compression caused by large bulging discs in my thoracic spine and coccyx, which ran down both legs. I was unable to sit for more than a few minutes at a time and was limited in all activities. My social life became limited, I couldn’t go anywhere without taking a cushion along, I was living on NSAID medication, and I felt imprisoned by the pain.
I had pain management epidural injections in the past, but had horrible side effects. Those epidural injections were a last resort for me. I became severely depressed over the limitations as well, however, at the time I was about to throw in the towel and contact a pain management doctor and reluctantly get those injections, a friend told me about Dr. St. Cyr. She shared that her daughter had scoliosis that completely healed with Innate Chiropractic treatment. That piqued my interest and I asked for Innate Chiropractic’s information.
The rest is history. I am still in the healing process, however, I’m off the NSAID medication almost completely for these symptoms, and I see improvement each and every week. The leg nerve pain compression was completely gone within the first few sessions and the bulging disc pain has greatly improved. I never went for those injections either! I’m able to go out and enjoy more social activities, too.
I had gone to other chiropractors in the past, and to my surprise this experience was completely different. No cracking or painful adjustments and ice packs afterwards. Instead the adjustments are gentle. I almost wondered how they could work, but the key is that the adjustments do work! I don’t understand how, but it just does and that is all that matters!
Dr. St Cyr will also assist you with life style changes to help maximize the long term results. Also, while you’re there — try the roller tables! They are so relaxing and it feels like you are getting a great massage.
Obviously I’m recommending Innate Chiropractic Healing Arts Center and Dr. St. Cyr. I’ve had a great experience. I’m grateful to my friend for recommending her and I’m grateful for the work she does.

Jackie is a naturally gifted healer. She exudes abundant health and positivity, benefiting everyone around her. She genuinely cares!
Unlike traditional «bone-​cracking» chiropractors, Jackie stimulates the body to adjust itself. The gentle NSA technique she uses teaches the body new and effective patterns which encourage ultimate autonomous regulation of ones own alignment.
Her understanding of the body goes way beyond targeting the area of immediate concern. She knows how different parts of the body, and also the persona, affect each other, and works with them accordingly. Additionally, she and her colleague life coach Tina Marie Jones frequently give free presentations on improving ones quality of life, which I have found to be extremely helpful.
Since I’ve been seeing Dr. Jackie my spine has loosened up and its mobility has increased, which has significantly improved my overall quality of life. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to be proactive about their spinal issues.

My daughter started seeing Dr. Jackie at 1 year old (currently she is 18 months) — ear infections stopped and happy baby happened!!! That’s what I’m talking about. I just have to share… I had been traveling for 8 days and my lower back was achey… I had a two hour massage at another place and left still in pain. I went in for my regular scheduled adjustment with Dr. Jackie the next morning, about 15 minutes into the adjustment I began to feel relief. In an hour I was 100% pain free. I swear by chiropractic for my body every week!

Whether it is for stress, posture, headache or allergy issues this is my «Go To» spot. You enter and you receive a hug, you exit and you receive a hug. I have never been a huge fan of chiropractors until I met Dr. Jackie and began visiting her almost a year ago. She is not your typical Chiropractor, because this is a true healing center for the body, mind, and spirit. She is about the nervous system, the spine, and getting that energy flowing through to every part of your needs. I met her the day before I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer, and I thank God and the Universe for her coming into my life. She has helped me with so much through it all. I WAS a migraine sufferer from the age of 5. I would experience 2−4+ migraines a month. Since November and becoming a weekly patient of Dr. Jackie’s I have only experienced 1 migraine. Only one! The setting is calming, loving, and peaceful. The classes offered in the evening reach other areas of your life, and then of course there is Tina Marie St. Cyr, an extraordinary Life Coach. Tina Marie is another gem that guided me and changed my path for the better. With the two of these ladies in your corner, life is good. Life is very good.

Dr. Jackie has been an integral part of my overall health care for about 8 years now and she has has a huge impact on my well being. Network chiropractic is an interactive form of chiropractic that helps the body heal itself and Dr. Jackie is so skilled at knowing exactly how to assist me to release tension and feel more balanced physically and emotionally. I usually have hip or pelvic misalignment when I get there I feel completely balanced and amazing after every entrainment. I even feel taller! Dr. Jackie St. Cyr has magical hands. Her ability to restore spinal alignment to relieve back pain is wonderful. Every time I’ve had an issue, it has taken me only one or two trips to completely resolve the issue. I’ve been so happy with her that I’ve sent many friends and all my kids to her for adjustments. She uses the network chiropractic techniques that require minimal pressure to achieve results. She also offers many other self healing services and classes. My lower back tends to get out of alignment and make my hip and leg hurt. Relief is the best recommendation, and that’s what Jackie provides at reasonable rates compared to other health care options.
