Not sure what happened to Ms. Gerry the old receptionists but ever since she has been gone the appointments scheduling and rescheduling is terrible. I had strep throat in October and an appointment it was 24hours of my appointment if I wake up sick and go to the doctor how can I give you a 48 hours notice? If I’m sick the day of and my appointment is the next day. Anyways I called them and tried to cancel and they didn’t call me back til the following day etc. so I then rescheduled for today (11÷17÷15) and my copay was 18.00 and not in October did she tell me about the 40.00 cancellation fee… So I had a balance of 40.00 so I paid the 58.00 total. I don’t like when people and or companies are not up front about fees. But I have been coming here for awhile the service is great but I’m not into hidden fees and not being upfront so back to bayou smiles it is in 2016 since my company is switching insurance

INSANE CANCELLATION POLICY!
I have been going to this dental office for years. I had a conflict with timing on my appointment so I called to reschedule. I was informed of a $ 40 cancellation fee (never knew about this before). I told the receptionist (Mariah) that I needed to reschedule, not cancel. She told me I could avoid the cancellation fee if I rescheduled for the same day. I tried to explain to her that they should be a bit more flexible as professionals often have changes to their schedules. She responded with, «This is a professional office.» Well, that’s probably questionable at this point but… And then she gave me one option for a new appointment. Of course I couldn’t make that time so she says, we can reschedule for another time and CHARGE YOU the $ 40. No thank you. Done. I haven’t had a positive enough experience over the years to keep going here (long waits, painful cleanings, unreasonable speeches about missed cleanings, cavity work started before completely numb, need more?). And the kicker is that I know Mariah is on the phone right now calling clients trying to fill the spot. How do I know this? She called me last week to see if I could fill in for a cancellation! There are enough dentists in the area to just avoid this office all together.

I recently relocated back to Houston from California and, needing a new dentist, spent considerable time investigating various prospective dentists before deciding upon Dr. Neshan and am thrilled that I found her and her splendid staff.
Sarah did a brilliant job cleaning my teeth, while Dr. Neshan inspected both my X-​Rays and actual teeth, giving me a clean bill of health.
There was absolutely no upselling unneeded/​unwanted services such as I suffered in past dental adventures, and Sarah recommended an electric toothbrush that was both economical and excellent in performance.
I’m so pleased that I’m bringing my Mother in for an appointment on my next visit!
I’ve had root canals & caps and even a couple of cavities so I know my way around all things dental, and as such I can highly recommend these folks without hesitation or reservation.
My last dentist in Los Angeles handled movie star clients, and if Dr. Neshan practiced in LA I have no doubt she’d be whitening George Clooney’s smile.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dental office! From my initial booking appointment online to seeing Dr. N. I booked the appointment online at ZocDoc and I saw that on their website, it was closed so I cancelled it. 30 minutes later, they called and asked why I cancelled the appointment and I told them that I thought it was cancel, they said no and asked me if I would like to keep the appointment. I told them yes if they would confirm that their office accept my insurance, they did not call me back to confirm it but I came anyway.
I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was standing there waiting for someone to check me in but it took a long time to do so! Finally someone checked me in… And said that she has my insurance ready. I filled out all the paperwork and was asked to wait. Another patient came in and was seen before I was. I waited over an hour before I was bought to the back. When I was in the back, I waited again… It was almost 2 hours of waiting. A lady finally came in and took an x-​Ray, one film where my tooth was hurting. I waited another 30 minutes before the dentist finally came in to see me. She barely looked at my teeth and confirmed that I had a cavity and said that she has to do a root canal plus a crown. This was said to be broken up into 3 appointments. The receptionist, I believe was Maria or Mariah was very rude, demanding, and has a huge attitude!!! She was worst person at that office!
I would never recommend anyone to this office, please find another dentist office. They are unprofessional and act like your time is not important to them! I was extremely uncomfortable and waited for a long time for nothing!!!

So far so good. They had a temp admin and temp dental hygienist during my appointment, but they were both friendly and timely. The dentist took her time and answered all my questions. Due to temp staff though the insurance was an issue which is inconvenient. I will definitely be back!

This dentist office is very professional, thorough, kind, and accommodating.
I have had Dr. Neshan, and Dr.Andrews. Both are wonderful!
Also both hygienists I have had do a very thorough job and are fairly quick.
I am very surprised at Paddy O’s negative review. I do not think they would ever recommend something you do not need. In fact I had problems with a crown, but they could not see anything on their x-​ray, so instead of them guessing what was wrong they sent me to a specialist. Turned out I did have an infection under the tooth.
I have different allergies to fragrances, flavors, etc and this is the ONLY dentist office I have been to that actually takes my overall well being into consideration before slapping on a cement that has something I am allergic to in it, or using paste that I cannot use. Dr. Andrews has been especially helpful with this.
Although the office is not super fancy, it does not seem outdated either, and everyone is personable and professional and I feel very comfortable and at ease while I am there.

Dr. Neshan was my dentist for a couple of years. I got suspicious when she said I needed some old cavities replaced, which I had her do. Then a few months later she said I had decay under a crown and they needed to replace it.
Long story short, I got a second opinion complete with new X Rays. Guess what: NO decay and the other dentist said my teeth were in «excellent condition.»
This office is full of con artists and liars. I’ve got the proof. THEY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.

This small office is populated by very helpful pros. Excellent cleaning from the hygienist, efficient and thorough work from the dentist. Front desk is friendly and quick. This is the first dentist office I’ve been to in a decade where I feel like I can stick with them for the long haul.
They hit the sweetspot for me — no money is wasted here on high-​end fish tanks or 3D televisions on the ceiling, but nor are they a stone-​age operation. Their focus is on getting you in, doing a good to great job, and getting you out again. No attempt at upselling and no constant pitch regarding cosmetic options that I’ve gotten other places.
